I have a question to ask if a student travelling to Russian has lost his original certificate and has applied for school in Russia with statement of result from school of sitting that waec and admission letter has been sent from Russian university.

1. Will ministry of foreign and education in Abuja legalise it or must it be attestation of result from waec (though the of getting attestation process is long and takes time)

2. Will the school in Russia disallow the student not to register(i heard this from someone though a Tanzania who studied in Russian that the student most provide original waec or attestation from waec not statement vof result from the school of waec sitting)
