Some years ago I had a job to do at Ijebu-ode, Ogun State. It was at a small village called Ita-marun or so, I can't really remember.
But I knew I was coming back very late around 12AM from Ita-Marun to Odosela or so, and I couldn't get any vehicle to convey me from Ita-Marun to Ogidi. So I had to treck from one place like that while heading for the junction. I was mad thirsty and hungry so I had to drink from one river like that and by the time I got to the junction and was now heading for Odosela. I became very tired, at that time my eyesight was becoming blurry, so, thankfully enough, I saw something that looked like a pavement.
Since I was mad tired, I decided to take a rest. So, I sat on the pavement. It should be around 1AM then.
It was in the morning when I woke that I realized that I slept at a graveyard. And my legs were resting on a tomb. Ha! What is this? I exclaimed. Lol!

Now that I think about it. How come ghosts didn't attack me at night, despite that I was alone in their territory and It was pitch dark?

I drank from a river around 12AM and nothing happened to me. There are no marine spirits anywhere.

What you said is the reality of some girls out there.

As a northerner,i can confidently say that my people are one of the most tribalistic people in this country but this trait is almost non-existent among elites hausa men.

Just some few days ago,a fellow hausa man was condemning aliko dangote's refinery that his products were substandard. Also less than 2 months ago,kano was in a state of chaos because of the impeachment of bayero by the kano state government.

My observations from the above cases is that It's mostly the poor and foolish among any tribe that are tribalistic.

Dangote is an hausa man,but i can assure you that more than half of his employees are from other tribes. You can hardly see any hausa man in management or other high-ranking positions.
