santaclaws: That's just another perspective, neither of us is wrong. What made me come up with that comment was the fact that a lot of young ladies get advice from "big sisters" who advise them based on their own negative experiences. There are some women who believe that a lady cannot make it alone until a man sleeps with her, such a mentality is why some girls are laid back... I think there's an element of truth in that advise. However,it depends on what the lady in question is planning to do. If she going into show business, whether as an actress or artist she can never go far without men having a "taste" of her goods. And that's not an assurance that you will still make it. I personally know actresses who told me first hand experience they passes through with directors, producers, and the rest of the crew. This tend to be more pronounced if the girl is beautiful. |

santaclaws: This is the most shocking part... Some of the so-called working class girls are involved in both corporate and regular hook-ups.
Some ladies have been fed with lies that they have to be prostitutes to be accomplished in life. What a shame. You're mistaken here. No one fed them with anything, they realized in most cases their body is the bargaining chip when dealing with randy men. And most men are shamelessly randy. That's why female marketers fare well compared to their male counterparts, especially when they're good-looking. A potential client will flat-out tell you to sleep with him before doing business with you. We also can't deny cases of bosses sleeping with their younger underlings for promotion or other favors. What about sex for grade? You'll be surprised by the amount of men willing to accept sex than cash from women. But women will rather take your cash and refuse you sex. What a funny world. |

Iamblessed85: Thanks for this. I came to this conclusion myself after some meditation and so i’m shocked to see it validated by someone else. I have always said that everyone you help tries to get even either subconsciously or consciously.
Why do they need to get even?
It’s hard to believe but they subconsciously resent you for doing better than them. When you help someone (especially someone you came up with), they start to feel inferior. They hate that you now occupy that pristine position as their helper, afterall you grew up together and you aren’t better than them in any way or so they think.
How do they get even?
1. They ask for help repeatedly. Everyone knows this would cause you to react poorly at some point, so, they continue to poke the bear. When you get tired and turn down their request or react poorly, everything else you’ve done is thrown out of the window and you become a bad person. You nolonger wield that pristine position as their helper.
2. They simply pay you back with evil or talk down on you behind your back.
In summary, no good deed goes unpunished. Does it mean you shouldn’t do good? Not at all but just know that often times, it’s someone else that would reward you. You’ve put out that positivity into the universe and so the universe becomes your debtor. With this understanding, people should never say stuff like “after all i’ve done for you”. The reason why they are hurting you is because of all you did for them lol.
Perhaps you even threw in some condescending remarks while at it and this sorta overshadowed the good deed. I me need some of what you took before posting this. The wisdom here is profound. |

Hannania: There's no where on earth you'll earn 25m/year and not have a very high value (skill). Convert it or PPP(Purchasing power parity ) in any country, and you're better off than the so called business I don't think so. We're getting off the op's topic but i guess it's allowed. Look,we're not talking about mom n pop or small businesses here,we're talking big business, fortune 100-500 companies and you're saying 25m is way better in comparison? Any employer that is willing to pay you 25m annually is easily making times ten of that amount. Who's better off then? |

tensazangetsu20: If you are fired with the right skills you can get a higher paying job again but if business fails it's not easy to rise up again. You said the right skills, which means this is not the case most times. Same thing apply in the business field, the right person, with the right skill and resources will definitely rise back up with time. All entrepreneurs must face inevitable crisis that may come close to putting them out of business. Most will fail, few shall scale through the challenges. |

The neo-monarchy of NK and the dictatorship that dragged it's people into war with a non hostile neighbor. I would much rather a Chinese, or Cuban style government, if we were ever going to be non democratic.
At least these governments have a positive goal for their people, and are doing a relatively good job given their constraints. Thanks for your inputs. China didn't crossed my mind but they're good example of what nigeria should model in an autocratic politics. |

That's why I cringe anytime I here the word zoning. The masses don't know that it will only benefit the selfish political class who only want to share power among themselves and not for their interest or benefit. Absolutely. Zoning or dividing this country can never be the solution. Don't we have state governors performing woefully in their state? As we all know,a non-indigiene can't govern any state in this country, yet the chosen governor is still neglecting his people, Now what do we call that? Romance › Re: Reality Every Guy Need To Know ( STRICTLY REDPILL) ... by Badmashiii: 9:30pm On Jul 01, 2024 |
Perfectskills01: There are 2 important things I will say to you . The first will address you to relate with your childhood friend from distance. The second will give you the proper advice he should follow to better his life .
Law 10 says - Infection, avoid the unhappy and unlucky.
Take note of this law in the 48 laws of power. You and your friends are no longer on the same level in life , the purpose of childhood had been fulfilled. It is better to relate with them from distance.
Do you know why Read law 10 in the 48 law of power for better explanation. But let me explain little.... You saw how your friend infected you by group of unlucky friends , they will pull you down before you realize it . Apart from that, you both ain't treading the same path in life , a childhood friend can't serve the purpose of adulthood friend. You can now be relating from distance. Meet and greet , help each other and depart .
Do you want more explanation . Alright, there is something we call envy . Envy operates in every Human being , for so many can't control it . It is complex emotion. Your childhood friend will envy because you are now doing better than him . 2 things will likely happen .1. He may use your achievements to motivate himself , Which is rare case. Or 2. He may feel bad about you , and depressed anytime he compares himself with you. You know what that means . That is why you must avoid the unlucky and unhappy. When you help them , they feel belittled , it will put them in an inferior position. Subconsciously , they feel repulsed , instead of appreciation , they envy your position and spark antagonism. This is the brutality of the human nature .
However, be aware and tread carefully. Help your friend if you have means , but be aware of this possible outcome.
Let's move to the 2nd advice, which will center on how to help him .
You need to understand purpose. That which interests him is his purpose. He loves teaching, that might be his purpose , if not , he would have stopped at first try , but instead he organised classes in the neighborhood. Location matters . Let him look into how he can maximize his teaching career. There is money in that job. We have people who own schools, they are making big money, they also started somewhere . Weac and Jamb classes should be considered. He needs to be smart because there are many competitors out there. If it's location, let him change . The problem might not be what he is doing but how he his doing it .
If teaching aligns with his purpose, it is important he knows, to enable him to continue or find something else that aligns.
A smart fellow should be able to think his way out but not everyone is destined to be smart , if he is not yielding, bro avoid the unhappy and unlucky, don't mingle with them but give what you can from distance. None could have said it any better. I love how brutally honest you sounded. I need to paste this shit right on my walls asap! |
