News like this made front page some days back, but seriously is there nothing to be done to curtail this rubbish going on at the airport?

Incase you have a solution, don't limit it to the airport but every facet of the Nigerian society. In short, an average Nigerian is corrupt but we pretend as if we are not part of the Nigerian problem. Pretension, Hypocrisy and Manipulative tendencies are embedded in our genes.
What we need to do is to firstly and quickly deal with ourselves and stop shouting "Nigeria is a shithole",cos we all made it so.

Na dishonest and and crooked people full this country. It's so funny how they desire good leadership and country when even there's no iota of good in them

Leadership is a problem, but we Nigerians are our biggest problems. There is a problem in our orientation and psyche. Many of us do not think about the future or the collective good, just immediate gratification. Also our society as a whole has lost it, this is why we keep on producing such leaders over and over again.
We cannot turn the country around at once, but we must do our little part in our own way, we must dare to be different.
There is problem especially in our values and how we view success and money. This is also the problem for instance with the corruption at the Lagos Airport and the Yahoo Yahoo thing to name few current examples.

Nigerians all over are increasingly called Nigerian princes, but of course the yahoo boys don't care, and we have people defending them, blaming it solely on poverty rather than on our greed as a society.
