kayceeukah007: @bakersfield thanks for the enlightment. There seem to be two series of the LG 32" LED TV. One is 530 series and the other is 550 series. on Jumia, It is 43,995.00....so how come 50k in LG stores....just curious I got mine directly from LG OFFICE IN IN IGBO EFON IN LEKKI over three weeks ago. I believe the price reduction is due to Xmas promote LG LED TV is two types, LB 530A AND LB 550A series. Please don't be confused, the LB530 is cheaper than LB 550A. PLEASE ASK FOR ( NEW 2014LG 32INCH LED TV) MODEL NUMBER 32LB55.
The LB 550A LG LED TV 2014 is a value for the money. Better picture quality and screen resolution. It has two HDMI CONNECTOR,TWO BUILT-IN GAMES, USB FOR MOVIE, DUAL AV-IMPUT, ENERGY SAVING AND IN-BUILT STABILIZER. |

kayceeukah007: Please i need ur suggestions. I am about buying an LED TV. I am confused on which to buy. It is between Samsung 32' inch LED TV and LG 32" inch LED TV.
Please advice on which one will be better in all aspects.
Thanks Hi Op, I was in a si milar situation two weeks ago when I needed to buy a 32 inch LED TV between LG LED AND SAMSUNG LED.
After a painstaking research online, and asking colleagues in the office about my predicament in making a decision, I eventually went for NEW 2014 32 inch LG LED TV (32LB55).Price is 50000 naira at any LG electronics office.
Mind you am not a LG staff or agent, am just helping you to reach a decision.
Reason for choosing LG LED TV 2014 over SAMSUNG LED TV. It's simple. LG LED TV has IPS SCREEN PANEL, while SAMSUNG is PVA PANEL. IPS panel is known around the world to have better screen display and quality resolution. It's rugged and durable.
PVA panel is not reliable after a year in use. I would advice you go for LG led tv 2014 series. You will not regret it.
Google is your best friend. Make use of it. My 2kobo for you. |

oduastates: This is the definition of Cluelessness. There are certain intuitive skill that can never be taught in the classroom . You simply pick them up as you grow up to become a refined and well rounded person. This particular fisherman is lost at sea. When you are on top of the issues, advise are never contradictory. They are either right or wrong. When those issues are murky or complicated, you methodologically break them into little pieces to understand those problems. When someone consistently gives the wrong advise, he should be shown the door. For instance , nobody needs an incompetent iweala to bamboozle them with Neo-liberal economic PR speak to know that a substantial chunk of the country's income and budget should have been going towards increasing and improving power infrastructure. Also, you should know something Is not right when your so-called minister of the economy is presenting a budget which is built on crude oil selling for $65 a barrel on a day when the price is 60 a barrel in the market. What sort of budgeting is this? You do not need those advise to know that dangote is making so much money that he does not need a corrupt waiver from iweala. Only common sense is needed to know that you do not turn your country into a dumping ground for rubbish products from other countries. With the likes of anenih, omokri , okupe, wike, orurebe, uba, iweala ,bode George, buruji , Marilyn Ogar,Edwin Clarke, abati in his inner circle, what you get is the JAPANjantis of cluelessness in aso Rock. The first anomaly afflicting this man starts from his bedroom. The groupies who hang around her alone, are enough to crash the presidency of the most competent person on the planet. I have never voted for anyone in this country but for the first,I am going to do so just to see the back of him and her. Even though like other,I was hoping l that a PhD holder would be a major upgrade over all the lackeys we've had before, but I knew just after 2 weeks, that the country was in for another long trip. Guess why? His wife.( Obasanjo had that spousal problem as well but her negative impact on his presidency were not apparent unless you are sensitive and capable of building the big picture out of little information . But the hanger-on around her dogged his presidency even after she had left the scene. One word to describe it. VANITY. Within 2 week of being elected, patience had already organised an owambe fashion parade at obudu cattle ranch THEY CALLED IT " A SYMPOSIUM TO EDUCATE OTHER FIRST LADIES ON ETIQUETTE " Wife of governors, minister etc. In actual fact, it was simply an egomaniachical ploy to tell them that there is a new unelected Mary antoinette in town. I was like,mennnnnn......... A couple of weeks later,I read in the financial times that the excess crude account had been depleted from 22 billion to 2 billion with nothing to show for it.( you can see a few things the states did with the money but you cannot point to anything Jonathan did with the Jonathan did with the FG's $11 billion share.) Good and intelligent submission. What are the qualities of a good leader.( 1)COMPETENCE (2)CAPACITY and (3)CHARACTER. Nigerians can now evaluate if the current leadership in the country had those attributes. |

enigstil: Whatever Obasanjo might have said in his book,to me shouldnt really be an issue. Can we kindly please compare governance under Obasanjo and other Presidents that has been in and out of that seat.Obasanjo has been the best of them.In the history of Nigeria baba still has the best cabinet that no other government in Nigeria has been known to have.Alot of the reformation that happened under baba has brought a lot of benefits to us.Lets look into some of these reformation, check out the banking sector and the recapitalisation thing, there was a time in this country that when a bank collapses your money is gone with it,but all these are history now. Nitel reaped off alot of Nigerians, baba brought mobile telephony,if not for this, whould it have been possible for me and you to be on Nairaland.Even though alot of people said Abacha was the one that had the plan, but at least baba actuallized it.How so soon we forget things, have you forgotten the Abacha stove era, that we had to use saw dust to cook. You hardly can find any saw dust in the sawmills then,to mention a few. In all sincerity standard of living really improved under Obasanjo till now.Let us all know that leadership is not an easy thing,we should respect and salute the efforts of these men.Managing an ordinary home is not an easy task, not to talk of a whole nation. We shouldnt forget baba is a mere mortal like me and you,he has his own flaws and imperfections too.Nigeria is our collective responsibility. If we all determine within us to make it a better nation we can achieve it.GOD BLESS US ALL AND MAKE ALL OUR EFFORTS MANIFEST IN BEAUTY,AND GOD BLESS NIGERIA,AMEN. let me digress a bit. as at now, this is exactly what we are facing with our oil sector, NNPC monopoly. it can still be name NNPC, but not run by FG. china largest oil exploration and production company is CNPC, (just like our NNPC) is run by private body, and as well they even operate outside the shore of china, they are present in africal, last yr i think they apply for license in our country as well, to start exploiting our crude just like shell, chevron and the like, Even BP, British petroleum operate outside the shore of UK.
But because of corruption, it hard for our government to stop running NNPC. and one basic reason why the likes of shell, Total, Mobil etc refuse to build a refinery in this country,
It quite hard for government to run a business. This is my 2 kobo on the alleged statement. "it's better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt". |

r33d: Anomalies, quandary, deception, systemic failure, are some of the misfortunes of the political class. Who said the Incumbent must rule for Eight years? What good has this quasi-continuity brought to our Nigeria?
I speak not ill of my leaders rather, I pray we get to that point in a political system where the credibility of the individual vying for office is duly scrutinised. A political system that will look at what an individual has achieved in his lifetime; what contributions he or she has made to his immediate environment.
President Goodluck Jonathan is at liberty to choose to contest or not. I prefer for the system to be overhauled; the whole political system. Measures should be put to encourage young people to be involved in government.
More importantly, there must be a reorientation. Nigeria must be developed. We cannot continue to be in this form of leadership that does not listen to the cries of the people.
I say, Nigeria of this 21st century should be a country that has a 21st century leader and not a country with the earlier century leadership traits. Change is what we need. Good and brilliant submission . New and positive orientation, 21st century leadership and development is what we need now. |

I can marry a christian from any church but would preferred a man who shares my faith (Catholic) reason being that I would not want a case where by problem will arise as a result of our different churches and all.
Normally when a man marries a woman she moves from her Church to his church (please quote me wrong if I'm wrong), except the man allows her to continue her church just like you did Sir.
Marriage I believe is all about maturity, trust, respect (mutual respect) and understanding. Just like you sir, both you and your wife understand each other and till date your love is still standing strong in respective of your different churches from what you posted.
Hmmm, me dey admire your marriage o and I pray for something better. Na happy home all of us dey find. Good submission. But you need to look before you leap. There are no core values in the society again and most people go into relationship out of pity without a clearcut positive attitude and agenda. My advice to you is to set a standard for yourself. I know ladies and women are ruled by emotions not logic most of the time. Draw a scale of preference and retreat if not working. (TACTICAL WITHDRAWAL). Love, trust, mutual respect and understanding is the bedrock of any relationship from time immemorial. I strongly suggest or advice you marry your BEST FRIEND to make your relationship STRESS FREE.
