I'm good at cooking or should i say i dey try. But no matter how i try to fry my beef it doesnt actually taste like the fried beef shared in ceremonies like burial and marriage. Please is there a special something added to the meat or is there a procedure i am not following.

When cooking commercial foods alot of seasoning goes in. Mivina, kitchen Glory, Maggi chicken, lots of onion, ducrose brand of thyme and curry. Bay leaf,garlic and ginger. Some people add gymia to their meat.
After washing the meat, season with all of the above and use salt last..

Be careful not to over salt. Cos the seasoning contain salt. Allow to boil without adding extra water. Once it's boiled out its water, add some water and check if it's done.. That is not over cooked. Pour out into a sieve.

Put oil on fire once it's hot . Add 1/4 onion and fry on moderate heat..
The pepper used to mix beef is actually the stew for jollof rice..
