Wrong, I believe Prisons should be Faraway in the Bush in case of Prison Break. The Kirikiri and Ikoyi prisons are too close to residential areas and should be relocated to the Bush in Ikorodu btw Lagos and Ogun state (Ijebu axis) and also create more space for a bigger prison cells to accommodate more inmates.

Lagos has no Local govt Chairman of Igbo stock nor Commissioner from the East. It was during Fashola that Ben Akabueze a Tinubu's boy was Commissioner of Budget and Planning. Igbos only have one House of assembly member in Lagos and two Federal house of representative members representing Oshodi/Isolo constituency where Igbos have notable population in Lagos.
