QUESTION ON REFERENCE

I want to ask my References for a Reference Letter as most UK universities ask that one should upload it at the point of applying. But I will like to ask Honourable Members of this domain with adequate experience if it is acceptable to submit a Generic Reference letter that doesn't state the university I'm applying to or any course I'm applying for as I am spreading my tentacles by applying for 2-3 courses in several Universities because of time deadline issue especially as most of them respond late anyway.

I'm just trying to boost my chances of getting early Yes from many applications. I've applied to 7 so far, no response.

I honestly need responses from people's experience dealing with this Universities.

You will be attended to according to the time you arrive. Appointment times are just formalities. Except there s a crowd. But this period is less busy for them.

My wife is the main applicant

1. Is it possible to apply for visa separately and then travel together ?
2. Only 80% of the fund is ready. Can we go ahead with her application, and when her visa is out we use same POF/statement to apply for two dependants.

No you cant. That would be recycling of funds and her visa may be cancelled

i went to the IOM offc to book for the TB test and it was done manually due to network issue... the confirmation of appointment sheet i was given showed a list of what i should bring on the day of appointment. One was to come with a UK postal address , for those who experienced same - Is it a personal address or the school address?

Though their initial deposit is high sha, 65% of your one year tuition, that's about 8,000 pounds

Because they are comfortably sitting as the least ranked university in the Uk and deposit is too high

Thats what they do. They pressurize u to pay deposit then abandon you. The uni isnt even on the ranking system so avoid it

Telex is usually 3 to 5 working days. What bank is this pls and what rate were you charged?

Pls people that collected PTA kindly indicate the bank and how long it took and whether you got physical dollars or pounds or was given a card. and the maximum amount one can request for. Thanks
