Do I need a survey plan now and approved before build. Do I need a deed or agreement or what do I do. And finally how do I go about C of O. Thanks and appreciate your help

I dont think the airline will provide any accommodation. I had same issue when i was come from Paris, i had to get turkish visa at the airport and spent my time in the city. They have nice and cheap hotel in Istanbul
