This thread will come as a surprise to many but i need clarification, that's why I had to put it up here at nairaland for all to see and make reasonable contributions and tell us the way forward. .the N power device did not come with any receipt or proof of written ownership, besides no N power volunteer or beneficiary had any form of N power identity card and this has proved worrisome just in case. .now some policemen at the checkpoint in Rivers state saw an N power volunteer with his new samsumg tab e and ask for proof that he is the owner. .the guy kept mute and went on to say he is an N power beneficicairy. .the policemen ask him to come down and an argument followed. .the N power guy even showed them his profile on the tab and gave an I.d to co firm it was him, yet the policemen insisted he must go with them to the police station, that the tab must have been stolen. .do you think the police are right here? and do you think N power volunteers and would be applicant deserve a form of identification. .please comment on the matter.

Guys this is pure lies... D last time I checked British airways does not do courier services, nd did kind of thing the guy himself is a scammer... I have experienced this before and gone to British embassy abuja, wetin even pain me b say I carry uber go cos I dey feel fly cos I wan collect macbook pro nd I phone 6

D fake oyinbo added me on Bbm, decided to be my friend dn asked we make Skype call, ivtold him I can't do that ere cosbof my fone nd tarrif, I proposed Bbm or what's app call, be said its not compartj ke with his fone, be offered to send me exactly what d op alleged.... Later be sent me DT same document nd told me to call d num on it, na our naija babe pick am...


On getting to d embassy, I even walked in majestically , I met 4 people apart from d security, only for me to kno DT dey are there for d same mack book and iPhone... D security told me over 20 ppl came DT day for d dsame tin say na scam, DT British airways does not do courier, I called den back , they said i will avvto pay 20 k to claim it, afterwarfs alas dey did not pick calk again....

What D's guy is doing
1) trying to make people believe him
2) link greedy naijq with whites DT offers d same iphone and all den scam dem

Govt activating naijaz survival instincts

1. Appear in court and tell them exactly what she said.. The court will give her a lawyer if she CNT afford one. She can go to legal aid in the state or FIDA to lay a complaint and they will give her a lawyer if she doesn't trust the court. No matter what happens she shudnt plead guilty.
2. An individual can institute a criminal matter however he/she must get a FIAT from the ministry of Justice. My wonder is how he managed to get that within 9hrs. It takes time really. But then, on defamation there are both the criminal and civil side. So the man may just have instituted the civil side himself and left the criminal hanging at the police station because you cannot start the civil without having reported the criminal.
3. Not going to Court would amount to contempt of court which only makes her matter worse. No b who call police dey win case. Make she go and tell them exactly what she meant. She may even end up collecting the debt owed her and more sef.
