Thanks @folaroyal. It's better I back out.
But what I don't understand is this. From the refusal letter from CIC, they did not check the boxes for either 2yrs or 5yrs ban. So I've been think could it be an error from the VO? Cos I don't know if I should go with d 2yrs ban or five yrs ban or better still, should I send a mail to them to know d length of the ban? Thanks

Are you sure about this mate? There is no more 2-year ban for misrepresentation. It is not a criminal offense all the time as there may be cases of innocent misrepresentations due to omissions and negligence, but I think once you are deemed inadmissible, it means that within a 5 year period, you cannot submit ANY application until the period elapses, and even subsequent appeals may no longer be of importance.

You just have to disclose it. The embassy have a way of knowing if you lie about it.

Thanks for your response. I will. I just wanted to know if it hampers my chances of a study permit to Australia before I embark on the journey.

Its not contradictory at all, it implies that smaller screen = smaller objects on the screen which you must strain your eye before you get it... like reading from a board and reading from a sheet of paper.. hope you get...

An 11 inch monitor hardly strains the eyes where fonts can be enlarged. I don't agree.

The screen size should be big enough at least 15 inches. Because looking at a small screen for long hours can affect your eyesight and cause eye strain.

Isn't this contradictory? What causes eye strain? Screen size or glare?

Hello friends,

I am contemplating Australia as my next destination having been denied visa to Canada twice in the past and one of the questions that bothers me is the issue of disclosure.

I just want to ask if it is important to disclose that I was rejected to Canadian visa twice, will it affect my chances of getting an Australian visa? Also the reasons for rejection were insufficient financial capacity in the first, and misrepresentation by an agent in the second.

Help would be much appreciated.

Depends on his motive for dating in the first place and the other for not dating.

To be honest, this is a very stupid thread and not because the idea of knowing who has a gf or not is important or relevant in the scheme of things today but also the points stated in it are so baseless and shallow.

Im trying not to call his write-up drivel, but some of us would not just spontaneously jump into relationships just for the sake of it. I believe there are deeper issues the young man can come up with rather than this, but I'm thinking its just for fun.

Don't forget that the description is for the preset version

I would have said a 'CD' and older version being a cassette.

But then again CD and crinkle dont go together.

And even magnetic tape may come in different colour covers, maybe that 'colourful' part is just a distraction.

casiello:
We have dozens of PMI REP centres scattered accross lagos, abuja and port harcourt so I dont understand how this is an achievement. Nobody travels abroad for pmi courses, thats a lie for sure. As a matter of fact, those abroad rely more on video podcasts that classroom tutoring.

The real achivement would have been getting pmi or prometrics cbt centre accreditation.

For non-project managers on this thread, dont get excited thinking its an achievement. pmi training cost about 60 to 80k and its readily available locally and online. I repeat, no one, absolute no one ever considers going abroad for such!! Na wa for Nigerian institutions

I will always advice self study for PMP anyway... In Nigeria, we need CBT centers...as PMI reps are already prevalent.
