Some suspected thugs have been apprehended by police operatives earlier today in Akwa Ibom state.

According to reports, the men were allegedly imported from Edo and Ekiti states, ahead of the governorship election on Saturday, March 9, 2019.

It is alleged that the some of them were dropped at the All Progressives Congress (APC) office along Ikot Ekpene while some were arrested.

When they were questioned, the men allegedly said they came to work for the APC governorship candidate for Akwa Ibom State, Mr. Nsima Ekere. They also disclosed that four buses filled with able-bodied men have already arrived the state capital, Uyo.

The men were forced to lie down on the ground as they were taken into custody by the police for further investigation.

Agbage is believed to be more popular than Sawo Olu and there has never been a time where Lagos want to vote against Tinubu's APC as now. Also considering that Tinubu's the godfather of Lagos politics has not supported the incumbent governor Abode who many Lagosians like and consider to be a good governor.

The issue is that the Buhari Apc led government is saying that Akpabio's mandate was stolen in a PDP stronghold, when they (Apc) are the biggest thief by stealing Atiku's mandate.
