You are voted in whether you have manifesto or not. You are voted in with or without ideas and experience. I was for LP for presidency but for this, it's Sanwo Olu. He has really worked and we cannot risk the economy of Lagos by handling to a complete greenhorn guy man without appreciable administrative and political experience. He just wants to flex. Any Lagosian who is not beclouded by sentiment and really want the developmental strides to continue will vote Sanwo Olu.

I happen to witness the incident, and I'd say both are at fault, there were just few cars bfr the soldier's bus which the police saw, it cost the police nothing to spare few minutes to allow the soldiers pass for sake of peace bfr stopping other cars, they might have been on orders and late coming is always punished in the military. Allow them to pass for the sake of peace because they are above the law? Bro, those policemen were at their duty post at that time and should be obeyed by all sensible citizens. Where exactly are they rushing to? To fight boko haram or rescue a kidnapped victim? If you don't know, many soldiers behave like nobody can question or stop them even when they are breaking the law. They did what they did due to arrogance, superiority complex, youthful exuberance and lack of regard for constituted authority.

She is a lawyer, an entrepreneur, a business woman, a very creative and hardworking lady. If you ask me, she has both academic and business qualification for the job and highly intelligent. I'm even tired of all these regular politicians. She will perform better than many of them.

Everything is not always about money for some people. A friend told me about a family who relocated back to Nigeria from UK for reasons best known to them. They were not deported and they still visit and return. Another travelled to Canada, she was working and making money but came back because she claimed she was not fulfilled. If leaving their jobs and relocating will make them fulfilled and happy, then its a perfect choice. Concerning the issue of insecurity, Nigerians may be at higher risk but I've come to realize that no place in the world is 100% secure and life can happen to anyone anywhere and at anytime.

It's St. Micheal Cherubim and Seraphim Primary School located around Taiwo Isale/Niger axis. The one at Sabo Oke is also C & S but a Secondary school.

I was searching for the certificate of a course I once did and came across one of my primary school receipt. Although I'm good at keeping documents but didn't know I still have this primary school receipt. I feel nostalgic seeing this . Don't generalize this statement please. My mother-in-law is right here in my house. She's been staying with us for over 7 years now. I'm not frustrated and I'm in total control of my house. We are all happy together. Yes we sometimes disagree but it's normal, we disagree to agree and move on. I treat her like my mum and she sees me as her son. There is mutual respect and we all know our boundaries.

Abike is not the Minister for housing in Nigeria. It's not her responsibility to make housing loans available for civil servants. Her policies are those that affect her office as the Chairman of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission and she is doing well though can do better. This might not even be her idea and I'm sure consultations would have been made with those concerned before now. Don't be surprised to see how many will show interest and opt in.

This isn't a bad idea. At least Nigerians in diaspora can have rest of mind and be sure someone is not collecting their dollar, euro etc and sending them pictures of building constructions which are not their own only to return and discover the scam.

2. Unrelated work experiences and skills: Know what skills are related to the job you want and what isn't important. If it's not relevant, leave it off! If I'm applying for the role of a front desk officer, my previous experience working as a video creator or graphic designer shouldn't be stated on my resume as these two don't relate.

3.Photograph: While a photograph can be helpful if you're applying for a job where your appearance is important (like modeling or acting), most employers will be more interested in your skills than how you look. For some countries especially in Europe, this is accepted but in other countries, it's a no no.

4.Reference: This section should also be taken off from your CV as it's of no importance. Instead of including the contact and address of your referees, just write 'to be provided on request'.

If you're careful about including only the right things on your resume and leaving out everything else, your chances of being called for an interview would improve greatly.

Some employers will give template to follow and ask for personal details including date of birth, marital status, number and even names and ages of children. Especially when you are applying for a lecturing job. I think different sector all require different resume format and details.
