Did you have unprotected sex some weeks back? If yes, then you have contracted Urinary Track Infection (UTI). Try this: Take 6-7 Big bottles of Eva bottle water daily for 7 days. This will help to flush bacteria away from your track. Check urself after the exercise. If symptoms persist, then visit ur doctor

Simply go for a proper check up, let them check your kidney and be sure you are diabetic free. Only a proper diagnosis in a government hospital can help you and not nairaland

If you drink plenty of water, then it's ok to urinate frequently. It's better to drink plenty of water and urinate frequently than to get yourself dehydrated just because you don't wanna urinate frequently.

I drink about two litres of water between 7pm and 5am, I don't even keep record of how many times I urinate at nights.

My advice is :If you live in a house that doesn't have the rest room inside, get a bucket that has a cover and use for urinating during the night. You throw away in the morning and wash the bucket with Dettol.

It can also be infection or diabetes

Pour three teaspoon of lime juice into a cup, add little water and drink. You'll thank me later

Sorry bro. This could be as a result of a couple of things:
1, Kidney infection.
2, Diabetes.
3, Drinking a lot of water.

That said, there is no course for alarm. Just go and see your doctor and you should be fine in no time.

I had a similar problem about two years ago.
It is one or more of the listed options.
It could be a mere infection and a few
antibiotics will clear it.
See a qualified Doctor or go to a General Hospital.
Avoid self medication as this can worsen it

What are other signs and symptoms you experience? Just book an appointment with your Dr. He will test you and recommend some tests if necessary.

It's either you drink too much water at night before bedtime or diabetes has set it. Whichever way, go to the hospital for check up fast.

Rare to find diabetic teenagers but it's not completely impossible so you could be one or you might just have excessive blood sugar volume.
Experienced something similar while growing up and I was always spiting and peeing and would have thought to be pregnant if I were to be female.

Just go to the clinic or hospital to see a doctor. They will conduct a test on you to determine whether it's infection, or whether your sugar level is high.

At your age, it cannot be prostate problems. If you were in your 40s, 50s, 60s or above, I would say it is prostate issues. That is, you have an enlarged prostate.

Until you see a doctor, stop taking sugary items. Honey is out of it. Too much garri is a no-no!

Also, avoid spicy foods and too much tomato,

Water may not be a problem. Drink it normally, though not too much.

Lastly, google 'cause of frequent urination. You will get some insight.

You said "how could it be diabetes cos you are young?" Being young doesn't mean on can't have diabetes. Type 2 daibetes can occur if you always eat food that has high glycemic index. Coke, Fanta, water melon etc. Go to see a doctor for advice.
