Am not in Nigeria but have friends that tell me about the situation on their area, A friend of mine that stays in Apata area of Ibadan told me they have nothing less than 15hous of light daily, I visited him last ear October and spend 3days in Apata Ibadan and i can bet my life on it that for that 3 days i can boldly say they enjoy nothing less than 20hours..


My dad's house is in Ijaiye area of Lagos, I grow up there and they enjoy light not less than 20hours too..
