emmysenior: I don't do such dirty jobs.So you agreed that PDP job is a dirty job huh? |
emmysenior: Frustrated? I bet you don't know the appropriate adjective to use.I guess you are also among the PDP internet payrol list, Why the bashing oga? |
Normal paper story, who go leave rulling party in a state and decamp to another party. Is like saying ACN members in SW decamp to PDP |
Policewoman: If you thought flossing and stunting were two unrelated words, one meaning to clean one’s teeth with a string, while the other referring to jumping through a window made of sugar, the English language slang says no!Madam, So as a Police officer you are campaigning for GEJ which i believe is against your profession dont you know that? I wont be surprise if you are caught snatching ballot box |
APC will be laughing now, I can see the set of people that are endorsing GEJ for 2015, is it Akala that lost woefully in oyo state, Is it Agagu and Oke that lost in ondo state, Is it Dosunmu that lost in Lagos State, It is Oyinlola that lost in Osun State, Is it Fayose and Segun Oni that lost in Ekiti.. hahahah i just can't laugh i swear even if Obasanjo who cannot win his senatorial district for his daughter endorse GEJ in SW he will surely loose Gba |
Opposition go just dey laugh now cos of there drama |
texaco1: thanks for educating them here,i dont know how some ppl believe that a party with over 23 state governors will lose the presidency.whoever emreges as pdp candidate will be nigeria president .You guys still believe in the same gentle man agreement abi, How about every plan is for the deligate to vote for GEJ in primary and on that day the change there plan just as the NGF election. Think better |
2curiousity: If you have a family, do you have to make 'yanga' that you are responsible for your family upkeep without borrowing despite the fact that you have a very good job. You collect federal allocation regularly, you generate IGR regularly and you have not embarked on any visible capital project that people can see and say oh this is beyond Oyo state ability. So, why should he borrow. He talks too much.Even your Akpabio despite receiving highest federal allocation still borrow money |
^^^^ Don't mind that useless pig himself |
na one by one una go finish |
I wonder why this thread no enter FP, Moderators una dey bias oo |

touch4mony: Amechi is saying the truth but let him quote where in their constitution where guardlines for elections was provide cos u cant conduct an election if ur constitution does not have provision fo it.so if ur conducting an election what are d guardlinesWell you might be right but in a situation whereby we have more than one contestant and none of them want to step down for each other then what are they going to do? election and that is exactly what happened. |
Demdem: ur kind cant see any sense in such. Its understandable.Don't mind that yeye person jare. Team Ameachi |
Front page please Mod |
figment232: RUBBISHWhat is the rubbish about the comment dint he vote? |
I so much like Ameachi, he waited for all of them to do there yeye and childish meeting and ranting finish before him come out hahaha. oya make all the Governors come and talk if them no vote starting from Akpabio,Jang,Mimiko, etc |
^^ Exactly and that's why GEJ want his men to control both the PDPGF and NGF |
Abi oooo why choose to go to RCCG, the last time i check i think Mimiko is a Muslim, Well i would rather they go to obatala or Sango or Ogun |
Governor Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers State on Tuesday expressed his determination to continue in office as chairman of the Nigerian Governors’ Forum, NGF, saying his mandate was authorized by majority of state governors. Speaking at the NGF secretariat in Abuja on Tuesday, the governor said that he will not bow to pressure to relinquish the position to his Plateau State counterpart, Governor Jonah Jang, whom he maintained was defeated in the election. He also reassured staff at the office that the ongoing crisis will not affect the regular payment of their salaries. In his words: “I think that as a secretariat, you should forget the internal dynamics of the politics of NGF. “We are colleagues. When we talk among ourselves, you will understand that there are underlining factors that are making them to behave the way they are behaving, that you cannot take away. “It is usually things that happen sometimes. It is beyond the control of the chairman of the Nigerian Governors’ Forum. But either way, be rest assured of your salaries. He called on members of Governor Jang’s faction to return to the fold, insisting that there can never be two secretariats of the NGF. When asked if he will surrender his re-election, Governor Amaechi replied sharply saying: “No, no, no. That is a mandate that was freely given and I will stick to that mandate. “The election has come and gone. It was a test for democracy and democracy won at the end of the day. “All we can do as democrats that were elected by the people is to uphold democracy and stand by democracy. I honestly do not know why the disagreement. I don’t know why. “I believe that my brothers and colleagues will see reason why we should stop distracting the country and get the country united, to focus on development because at the end of the day, it is about legacy, it is about what we will leave behind for the people.” Amaechi also warned politicians to be careful so that the ongoing crisis does not affect the 2015 election, insisting that Governor Olusegun Mimiko of Ondo State voted during the controversial election. He said: “Again, tell my brother, Mimiko, that he voted. If he still says he did not vote, I am willing to go with him to his Church, Redeemed Church, we kneel on the alter and say it before God. Amechi also said: “I want to urge Jang, because he said he is Christian, to know that God watches over everybody and whatever you say, say it according to God because beyond NGF, you and I know that there is heaven and you can’t go to heaven if you don’t tell the truth and stand by the truth. “I am not saying he is not saying the truth, I am not saying he is not standing by the truth, I am just saying that nobody can go to heaven when he is not saying the truth. “There is no special benefit that the Nigeria Governors’ Forum chairman is getting. “I don’t see why there is this disagreement. When I read them saying I am desperate, desperate for what? “I am only proving a point that Nigerians are allowed to run for any post they want to run. “And when they do and they are elected, they should stick to their mandates. That is the only point. “My brothers, who are complaining not about the election, should come back and let’s work together. They must be willing, just as we are willing, to accept. “It is not really a battle. It is about God. I usually tell people, don’t win the battle and lose the war. “I think all of us should come together and work for the interest of the nation and for the interest of the poor masses. “We should not allow our personal interest to override that of the nation. “It is important we consider the interest of the nation.” While restating his respect for President Goodluck Jonathan, the NGF chairman, however, insisted that only the governors that gave him the mandate could ask him to step aside. He said: “When we say President, it is because he is the President of the country and all of us must be loyal to him. “But my employers are the governors. If they wake up tomorrow and say chairman, you have to go, then I will go. But they must wake up and say so. Not somebody saying it on their behalf. http://dailypost.com.ng/2013/06/05/ngf-i-wont-give-up-my-mandate-i-dare-mimiko-to-tell-god-he-didnt-vote-amaechi/ |
Nice try |
its been so long oooo but the answer should be either 1.5 or 6 |
spark@wil:Well its possible that GEJ sponsor them truly cos they are member of PDP, They only want to join progressive in other to scatter the party and i hope they wont allow them to join make them go back to PDP. |
Lagos and SW lead others follow |
dougivilla: Mumu, was Amechi 'missing' or incapacitated or dead and his vice by 'doctrine of necessity' enthroned? Was he voted in? Are the circumstances the same? When you talk of agreements and principles, please look at contents and preecedence.Sorry bro truly Ameachi was not vote in because all the governors aggreed and choose him even Governors from the opposition party. But in this case now we have more than one candidate, PDP can't dictate for other parties involve and also 2 different candidate are on ground so what need to be done is choose by ballot so tell what is it you dont understand? |
Well done Ogbeni, South West is working and the rest are sleeping |
Hmmmm GEJ did not know what he is getting his hand in, He think he can trust the Northern Governor to secure a second term ticket? Hell no they have there own plan and till them they will turn there back on him and he will realise how good it would have been to trust Ameachi than jang |
Akainzo: Obviously you missed the point that in as much as Jang can create his own association, he CANNOT legally name that association the same name as NGF.Abeg help am tell am ooo |
One_Naira: You think you defected what i said how? NGF is just an organization with no benefit what so ever to Nigeria. it is just a simple "club". If a nigerian governor do not wish to partake in Amaechi's NGF and wish to create his or her own, that action is more than legal. it's well within their constitutional right Fact. provide a section in Nigeria's constitution that disagree.Well if you said its just an organization with no benefit so what is GEJ problem, why is he interfering in that organization, why did he want his own man in that seat by all means. What you just said is like saying is like saying a country can decide to be part of AU or UN and if they want they can form there own organization its baseless bro. |
One_Naira: fashola needs to go to sleep. Jang has every right to create another NGF if he so wishes. NGF is an organization equivalent to Clubs in colleges. it's like the Nigerians in the school i attend, other Africans now should sue Nigerians because the community left the African club and went and created a Nigerian club. comeon. if NGF is beneficial to the populace, I'll understand this childish behavior but they not. Therefore, anyone who does not enjoy the organization can create his or her own. leave them be.Some people will just come on here and type rubbish for comment sake, do you know what that NGF stand for? it has been in existence since 1999 and its a body of the Nigerian Governors no matter the party you are from. When they created PDPGF did Fashola or anyone intervene? this NGF is forum for all the Governors and if jang want to form another why not go and form Northern Governors forums and chair them instead Nigeria Governors Forum atleast its same NGF. |
musiwa26: the ballot paper are not acceptable evident in court because the ballot paper are just ordinary paper which could have been alter.Musiwa you again? i think we need to revisit the election that brought GEJ into power, the ballot papers are not acceptable either because they are just ordinary papers and could could have been utter from South Africa. hahahahha this thread need to be taking to joke section i swear. |
