My thoughts about modern warfare .
After WW2 and independence of national states the western methods of fighting significantly changed with some rules of engagement. They prioritized humane treatment of war prisoners, outlawed torture and protection of civilians in war zones.
Sadly today the Muslim armies are still fighting like medievals. Their wars often involves serious war crimes involving massacres and attrition warfare.They parade captured soldiers on national Television.Their wars still have religion as a driving force .
