The case that led to Trump's $489 million civil "fraud" verdict was bogus. He took out a loan from major banks. He paid it back. They had no complaint. "No harm, no foul."

But the local District Attorney brought a case anyway, using an obscure law that had never been applied like this. A biased judge ruled against Trump.

The NY state Appellate Court is very skeptical. Here are clips from several different justices.

[Justice] Historical backdrop to this law, how do we draw a line or at least put up some guardrails to know when the AG is operating well within her, admittedly, broad sphere of 6312, and when she is going into an area that wasn't intended for her jurisdiction?

Most of this is misinformation, a lack of understanding of economic policy and/or convoluted.

I already went through a lot of it in previous posts.
One that stood out is Trump and oil. He actually negotiated a deal to cut oil production. Which was the start of the increase in gas prices.
Oil production is actually higher now than ay time in history.

Another is the tariffs. You say you care about high prices but tariffs would be inflationary in the short term as companies would have to open up and hire to start producing those goods.

2.) I am black in the American context. Again, back to you not having an understanding of the US or racism as you've never really experienced it. It doesn't matter that I see myself as African or that I am an immigrant. Racist members of the majority white US population who have most of the power will see me as black as long as I have black skin. That's the nature of racism. The belief that black skinned people (doesn't matter the origin) are inferior.

3.) You should really be able to backup what you write without having to send up a coon flare to your fellow Cooning Association members. If you can't back it up, maybe don't write it.

Yitzhak Rabin and Yassar Afafat were more moderate and were negotiating a permanent peaceful solution to the conflict under Bill Clinton's administration. They signed the Oslo 1 and 2 accords,(for which both were awarded the Nobel Peace Price). But hardliners in both countries rejected the Oslo accords. Yitzhak Rabin was assassinated and Yassar Afafat died (suspected assassination), since then the chance of any peaceful solution died.
