I will watch this video, but pls, as we go along, I will appreciate it if you make your own arguments rather than sending me videos.
I will be back.
I will say the same thing. The difference is the same.

I have this stupid habit of listening to both sides first before I make a conclusion. I have heard your side, heard Charlie Kirk and now those two videos.

Please you are making me think you are being deliberately dishonest. Please and please, if you want a serious discussion, be serious and stop pretending not to see what I write. I have told you I will come back to this issue of pilots in detail. And I will.

However you were reacting to a statement of mine when you said context is important. That statement was about Kirk's remarks on the Civil Rights Movement and Act which he called a mistake. You said context is important and I asked for the context. Only for you to divert to a completely different statement - the one on pilots.

Please basilico, can you tell me the context that explains or justifies what he said on the Civil Rights Movement/ Act.

If you pretend not to see this question one more time, I am done with you.

Did I get you wrong. I was on the black pllot issue.
Civil rights. For all K know Kirk stood by his words, he went to enemy territory to answer any question they had.
Enemy territory is universities by the way, how low has education sank.

So before I answer you I'll give Kirk the benefit of the doubt because he answered everything thrown at him via his podcast, email, On Twitter , Facebook and on visits to college campuses.
He is one gazillion times better than Obama, who can only sit with media houses that praise worship him.

There is nothing like a pilot being fast tracked. It's an area of specific expertise. There are minimum and irreducible tests you must pass and minimum amounts of training flights you must succeed at. That is why the argument fails. It's an area of specific expertise.

But I will give a more detailed response after you address the quote you quoted me on and raised context on.

I mentioned what he said on Civil Rights and you diverted to pilots.

Pls address what I was addressing.

I hope you are not being escapist or diversionary.
So hours are the most important thing when it comes to flying.

I've flown several times in the jump seat of 72-80 seaters. You only get that opportunit with explicit permission from the Captain of the plane.

Joe Kent , who resigned as the Counterterrorism Director has said he was blocked from investigating Charlie Kirk murder, has also said Kirk told him to stop the war with Iran and also said he suspect's foreigners involved in his death. This was at an interview with Tucker Carlson.

EXCLUSIVE: Dem Senate Hopeful El-Sayed Said He Needed To Stay Silent on Khamenei Assassination Because Many of Michigan’s Muslim Voters ‘Are Sad’

Left-wing Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed told staffers he wanted to avoid taking a public position on the assassination of Iranian supreme leader Ali Khamenei because “there are a lot of people in Dearborn who are sad,” audio from a private campaign strategy meeting obtained by the Free Beacon shows. The comments from El-Sayed—a serious contender for the Democratic nomination in Michigan’s toss-up 2026 Senate race—came during a conference call with his campaign’s communications team on March 1, a day after an Israeli airstrike killed Khamenei.

If reporters pressed him to take a position on the matter, El-Sayed said, he would change the subject to Donald Trump’s relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. “I’m just gonna go straight to pedophilia, frankly,” El-Sayed said. “I’ll just be like, ‘Pedophile president decides that he doesn’t like the front page news, so he decides to take us into another war.’”

The campaign responded to a request for comment with a note from their attorneys at the Sandler Reiff law firm indicating the audio recording was obtained “without the campaign’s permission” and “without the knowledge of the people who were being recorded” and that the campaign is “considering its legal options” against the person who made the recording. The Free Beacon was asked to “take this into account in determining whether to proceed with any reporting on this matter.” We certainly did that.

Liberals ecstatic over $200 oil prices should be ashamed of themselves.

Green Policies Handed Iran the Keys to Global Energy Chaos

Mike Shellenberger nails it: The Iran-triggered blockade of the Strait of Hormuz is a serious geopolitical hit, choking off about 20% of the world's oil supply and spiking prices. But the real scandal making this crisis threaten a full-blown recession isn't just Tehran—it's a decade of suicidal delays and cancellations of oil, gas, LNG, pipelines, and fertilizer plants pushed by radical environmental lawsuits, climate alarmism, and weak-kneed politicians in the West.

We could have built resilient, diversified energy supplies right here in North America and beyond. Instead, green zealots and their allies in government turned the world into sitting ducks for Middle East blackmail.

Look at the self-inflicted wounds Shellenberger lays out:

In North America, the Atlantic Coast Pipeline from West Virginia to North Carolina ballooned from $4.5 billion to $8 billion thanks to endless environmental litigation before getting killed in 2020. Other projects like the Constitution Pipeline, PennEast, and Canada's Energy East met the same fate under regulatory warfare and emissions reviews that treated cheap, abundant energy like a crime.

The Biden administration's 2024 pause on new LNG export approvals froze tens of billions in potential capacity, leaving projects like Venture Global’s CP2 and NextDecade’s Rio Grande LNG in limbo. Petrochemical and plastic plants along the Gulf Coast? Nearly 60% stalled amid climate-driven financing fears. LNG Canada ran massively over budget after years of delays, while others like Goldboro were simply abandoned.

Australia saw gas projects halted or tied up in court by conservation groups obsessed with "climate" over reality.

Africa got hammered hardest. At COP26 and through outfits like the World Bank and European Investment Bank, rich nations vowed to choke off financing for fossil fuel projects—especially in places that barely emit but desperately need energy. Mozambique LNG sat frozen for four and a half years after climate-motivated funders pulled out. The East African Crude Oil Pipeline lost bank support under activist pressure. "Gas is over," they declared, while leaving the continent vulnerable.

Europe? A masterclass in stupidity. France blocked a gas link with Spain for "climate neutrality." The UK banned fracking despite huge shale potential. Germany shut its nuclear plants and ignored domestic gas, then watched fertilizer giants like CF Industries and Yara close ammonia plants because green policies made energy unaffordable. The Netherlands killed off Groningen, Europe's biggest gas field. Result: factories shuttered, industry crippled, and greater dependence on imports from unstable regimes.

Shellenberger's core point is dead right—the Hormuz mess would still sting, but robust Western production and infrastructure would have blunted the blow. Instead, years of prioritizing radical green fantasies over engineering reality left us exposed. We spent trillions chasing unreliable renewables that couldn't deliver when it mattered, while blocking the reliable fuels that power the world.

This isn't bad luck. It's policy failure on steroids: lawsuits that doubled costs and killed projects, regulators captured by activists, and leaders who virtue-signaled about net zero while handing leverage to adversaries like Iran.

The fix is obvious—ditch the obstruction, unleash American and allied energy dominance with fast-tracked permits, more pipelines, LNG terminals, and drilling where it makes sense. Energy security isn't a climate talking point; it's national strength. Weakness invites crises. Abundance deters them.

Shellenberger's analysis exposes the uncomfortable truth: We did this to ourselves. Time to stop the self-sabotage before the next chokepoint hits.

Benjamin Netanyahu - בנימין נתניהו
@netanyahu
I have instructed the relevant authorities that Cardinal Pierbattista Pizzaballa, the Latin Patriarch, be granted full and immediate access to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem.

Over the past several days, Iran has repeatedly targeted the holy sites of all three monotheistic religions in Jerusalem with ballistic missiles. In one strike, missile fragments crashed meters from the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.

To protect worshippers, Israel asked members of all faiths to temporarily abstain from worshipping at the Christian, Muslim and Jewish holy sites in Jerusalem’s Old City.

Today, out of special concern for his safety, Cardinal Pizzaballa was asked to refrain from holding mass at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.

Even though I understand this concern, as soon as I learned about the incident with Cardinal Pizzaballa, I instructed the authorities to enable the Patriarch to hold services as he wishes.

The US ambassador to Israel later posted.

No bro. Its the fear of the US and not any rubbish accords. In most of those countries, the average citizens support Iran even if they are Sunni. Infact, in Bahrain the majority is Shia. That is why they cannot fight Iran directly. Now, these countries host American bases and rely on America for survival. They are hostages and they cannot sneeze otherwise they are toast. If the US leaves the ME today, all gulf states will become Iran client states tomorrow. Power rules the world not democracy.
It's the fear of America, their carrier groups protect their black gold in the high seas.
The Abraham Accords played a huge part because Israel is in talking terms with these Arab countries though they don't recognize it.
Shia and affiliated are only 15% ,the rest are Sunni . Pakistani whether they have a defence pact with Iran got money to develop their bomb from Saudi. It's said if Saudi wanted a bomb , they'll call Pakistani and have it delivered pronto.
Iran has been sponsoring terrorist groups in order to be the dominant power in the middle east. Without America and IDF they would be controlling the middle east , you are correct on that.

They won't. But Trump is generally unpredictable, so it's a guessing game whether he will actually pull it off. Maduro last thought ever was Delta Force in his bedroom.
IDF had always wanted to take out Solemani, but Obama had warned IDF that would be untenable. Trump took him out.

Everyone from Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Muscat, Kuwait City to Amman knows that the single threat to the peace in the middle-east is Iran!!

But our friends here said the war will bring the gulf states closer to Iran!!
All those Middle east countries don't have Israel on their world maps.
By attacking Israel the Ayatollahs thought the Muslim world would unite and join them.
The Sunni Shia division and the Abraham Accords didn't let that happen.

In 2015 George Soros published a 5 point plan to EU on how to deal with immigration crisis caused by the Middle East instability.

https://www.georgesoros.com/2015/09/26/rebuilding-the-asylum-system/

1.
Europe must accept 1 million asylum-seekers annually and distribute the financial burden fairly among member states.
2.
Lead a global effort to provide adequate funding to "frontline" countries like Turkey, Lebanon, and Jordan.
3
Create a single EU Asylum Agency to streamline processing and establish common standards for all member states.
4
Establish safe routes for refugees to reach Europe, reducing the reliance on human traffickers.
5
Leverage the private sector and NGOs to help integrate refugees into the European workforce and society.

Project Syndicate paper by George Soros proposed funding in this way

1 EU Contribution: At least €15,000 per asylum-seeker for the first two years to cover housing, health, and education.
2.Global Funding: €8 billion to €10 billion annually for "frontline" states (Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan) via EU "mobilization" of global funds.

Source of Funds: Soros proposed the EU issue long-term bonds (borrowing from financial markets) using its "AAA" credit rating.
Operational Funding: Increased budget for the EU Asylum Agency to handle unified processing.
Private Sector: Incentives for private companies and NGOs to provide integration services, funded through EU grants and social impact bonds.

His Open Society Foundations has bankrolled NGOs shipping in asylum seekers from African coastline and resettling them in Europe.
Hungary Victor Orban rejected accepting the refugees seeking to maintain Hungarian
whiteness .
He also buys gas from Russia ,the EU wants all their member states to stop buying from Russia .
He also rejects the EU funding levels of the Ukraine war.

The EU has done everything to remove him through elections but he wins decisively all the time.
Péter Magyar, the EU candidate is facing off Orban on April 12,
The EU has withheld €18 billion to Hungary in addition to stalling an additional €14 billion loan

CIA lied to Trump they had about 400 soldiers in Syria while they had over 1000.
CIA produced a fake assessment saying Putin helped Trump in 2016.

Why would he sit for long daily briefings by CIA who have lied to him on crucial matters and also regularly leaks to Washington Post, USA Today and others.

Trump calls the heads and they brief him on what's relevant, not what Biden/Obama holdovers want him to do.
nateevs:
Please don't provide false narratives after the fact. The fact is stu3p1d Trump never reads and yawns through security and intelligence briefings. When I said it here multiple times, e.e.ed10t5 like you thought it was conspiracy.

If he read or paid attention, how did he miss that an attack on Iran will lead to asymmetric war by way of attacks on the GCC countries, followed up by closure of the Strait of Hormuz? The effect of that was immediate spike in oil prices due to a stranglehold on supply. Even I mentioned this many times.

Now you are telling us he made a move to counter events he was already told will happen upon a strike.

Why do you think previous Presidents chose diplomacy?

When Muslims go to another country ,their first demand is halal meat. Animal slaughtered the halal way (sometimes without stunning it ) preceded by Arabic recantations.
Then of course you can't serve pork where they are dining when they become a majority.
Later they start demanding halal certifications in everything they use sweets, confectionaries, dairy products, processed foods, soft drinks, beverages etc .To ensure these products are 100% pork free They have bodies that certify halal. It's actually a massive rip off.

Europe puts up with this insanity of being forced to obey the invaders.
Jews have kosher ,but they never make demands like muslims. Their prophet copied Jewish way of slaughter when trying to convince them he was getting revelations from Yahweh . He modified and t imposed on his followers.

benalvino3:
You are missing the point. The land they went to and inaugurated a king in already has a king. Igbo culture is foreign; they are trying to coexist with another culture in SA, which is why the locals want every foreigner to leave. That's the cultural conflict you are seeing. No one is saying they are trying to change South African culture. To assimilate means to recognize the culture you are in and embrace it.

My problem is not Islam, like I said, I was angry at south Africans because I dislike them then I found out what happened. Islam is unique because their religion does not allow them to assimilate, they might be quiet till they have the numbers.

Islam in various contexts often center on doctrinal incompatibility with secular/liberal norms.

Yoruba people no want bayelsa man to rule, Igbos they fight, hausa dey do their own. The country is corrupt it does not mean the multicultural frame work of this country is not a problem.

Polarization and division everywhere.
