The main premise of the allegations is even faulty.

The film makers claimed that they used cell phone geolocation data to locate 2000 people that were in the vicinity of multiple drop boxes on the day or night of elections. So that is evidence of mail ballot stuffing.

First geolocation of cell phones is not very accurate. Then there are numerous reasons someone can be around drop boxes, the cell phone they were monitoring could belong to a postal worker retrieving the drop boxes.

Then the video of a few people putting multiple mails in the drop boxes does not prove anything either. In most US states, its legal for relatives to drop ballots into drop boxes for relatives during elections. Particularly for aged or infirmed relatives.
The kind of evidence that would make sense is to identify the actual mules, identify whether it was a coordinated and organised scheme and get the organisers. Then determine exactly and not just speculations on how many ballots were faked.
