Of course.

They even sacrificed Ojukwus party APGA for their Ijaw masters, now they don't have a single party to promote their interests and have been condemned to worshipping Jonathan.

Despite the bootlicking, the party still zoned their next presidential ticket to the North.
It sucks to be hibo grin grin.
which ijaw masters? Uche Secondus and Olisa Metuh run PDP, Ekweremadu is the highest PDP political office holder. so who is bootlicking, and who did the zoning? u r just scared. APC will later be confined to the north and yorubas will go back to their regional politics. Bayelsa has been secured, Edo next.

Going by his logic, the Ibos are the original Hausa-Fulani slaves.

1st Republic - Tafawa Balewa / Azikiwe

2nd Republic - Shagari / Ekwueme

Ibos were also the ones to campaign for Abacha's failed bid to become lifetime President, and even organized a million man march for him, led by Dayo Kanu.

Truth be told, they are 'any government in power' which is why they're mad at Buhari's insistence at ensuring they only reap where they have sowed.
u ppl should continue contradicting urselves, i tot igbos dont build bridges accros ethnic divide? Buhari is not a democrat and igbos rejected him thoroughly being highly demcratic ppl. Insistence on reaping where they did not sow? lol, let him go and fail woefully with his meadiocre team. We refused to join his bandwagon and will build vibrant opposition contrary to ur "any government in power" theory

I guess your one of kanus brainwashed disciples of hatred. from the illustration I gave about the car wash and engine answers your question.

The restructuring of Nigeria is the external issue, what is affecting us is the internal issues.

Is the restructuring of Nigeria the reason a local govt chairman will have properties abroad while the people don't have drinking water in the local govt?
The chairman is backed by laws not made by the ppl but by millitary cabals. He is under the protection of army and police who are not from the place and dont kia if the place progess or not

In igboland, council of elders is the highest decision making body, it is a resemblence of the House of reps and senate except they are not voted but choosen by age. The igwe is a figure head and does not weild absolute power, his decision is based on resolution by the council of elders. The oldest democracy in Africa

Iroh88:
I think the word "witch-hunt" has an entirely different meaning in the Nigerian lexicon.

Witch-hunt (Nig): noun.

1. To hold public office occupants to account.

2. To make all goats account for the yams they ate even though very lush savannah was made available for them to graze on.

3. To employ anticorruption agencies and the courts in the process of recovery of stolen state assets.

I think it has entirely different meaning in the english dictionary.
If those ppl defect to APC they will be given ministerial position or governorship ticket.

This ppl and this their usual way of reasoning. In the religiously intolerant Kano, Igbos have strong presence and influence more than yorubas despite igbos being christians and yorubas being half muslim. Igbos ar the most attacked both in north and west, no record of others being attacked in igboland except in rare cases during a reprisal

When this biafran stuff started, I thought nigerians would finally be happy that the igbos are leaving

I remember how lagos was when I was before elections, everyone calling me "omo igbo" I don't what that means but from their tone, I could sense it was insulting. One yoruba boy said he's voting buhari so he'll deal with igbos..

Even nairaland wasn't different...they blamed igbos. The protests in lagos against igbos, Oba beefing etc

I became glad when I heard the biafran stuff, I was glad that finally nigerians could get a breather from the igbos they so hate
e
The above is true about yoruba support for buhari.

Abuja 9:12am Saturday 5, 2015.
In a bit to save himself and his image as a man of intergrity and global repute to the international community, Obasanjo had issued series of warnings to President Buhari about the latter's plan to fight corruption beyond the tenure of Goodluck Jonathan. In a statement issued by his media assistant, Mr Obasanjo warned that going back in time to probe prevous administrations will spark an unending volcano that could lead to the explossion of Nigeria. According to Mr Obasanjo President Buhari shouldn't embark on a journey he can't finish or bring to a logical end, saying sleeping dogs should be left alone. It would be recalled that President Buhari, following the backdrop of the $2 billion arms deal investigations expressess his resolved to probe the administartions of Ibrahim Babangida, Sani Abacha, Abdusalam Abubakar, and Olusegun Obasanjo, all of whom had military ties to root out corruption.
President Buhari's commitment to probe beyong the Goodluck Jonathan's era was coming at the hills of investigations by reputable investigators which descovered that 85% of Nigeria's stolen wealth were pepetrated pre Goodluck Jonathan era.

it is what it is bro. Nnamdi should not get away from all that he's done.

I've heard that conman threaten Buhari's Family and kids....I've heard him command his followers to kill a man....one radio station owner in owerri.

Honestly bro, Nnamdi should be made to pay for his crimes. Doing otherwise would make Nigeria appear weak.

You can't blackmail a nation Like Nigeria into submission. He must go through all the proceedings as entrenched in the laws of our legal system.

That is what makes us a Sovereign state.
so why is govt running away frm d ensuing legal battle if they had all d evidence to nail him?

In your own wisdom and Dele's, the FG has not handled Kanu case well but I tell you that I believe the govt has done well. Let heavens fall because of incaceration of a man who openly asked his supporters to kill Hausas and Yorubas. Let whoever wants to go to war do so because a secessionist that boasted he will kill anyone who voted for the president should he come across them is incacerated. Kanu has committed treasonable offences with a lot of evidence. As such he cannot be treated with kid's gloves.
Dele can continue to speak from both sides of his mouth, na him sabi.
but Buhari did nt jst threaten to kill, he carried out his threat in 2011.

A lot of Nigerians have traded common sense with religious belief. Expecting things to just change overnight is basically the same as expecting a miracle unmerited favor undecided

Alot of people on this side of the world are mentally lazy!

After seeing how states allocations are squandered year in year out, someone will sit down and assume that a brand new country will just wish away all our previous corrupt antecedents and problems. We need to get the basic right where we are.

Is it not the same Dasuki, Dokpesi, Fayose, Aregbe, Atiku, Bala Mohammed, Tompolo, GEJ, Odili, Asari, Ekweremadu, Peter Obi, Saraki etc that will be in the newly formed countries?

That was the question I asked you in the beginning. Countries that have seceded in recent times, how are they fairing? Give me all the countries that seceeded in the past 50 years and how they're fairing today.

Look to be honest with you, if Biafra were to happen today, no one has a plan how the system will run.... Regulatory system, power sharing, law enforcement, banking and finance protocol, national security etc.

It is better to fix what we have today than to think that reinventing the wheel will solve our problems. What the SE is undergoing in Nigeria is not any worse than what the rest of the country is undergoing. In fact the SS is worse than the SE yet no agitations.

I assure you that the Igbos are shooting themselves in the foot politically but they don't know. How can you trust an Igbo man/woman to be Nigeria's president when secession is all he/she is thinking of?
but u can trust a northerner who have wasted innocent souls. Southern nigeria are jokers.
