Those against the protest have failed to tell us why Kanu should be in detention after meeting difficult bail conditions and being granted bail by a competent court. everybody is in a hurry to bash igbos while the country slide into dictatorship. nxt time some one from another region becomes victim they will want igbos to join their cause while disguising it as a national cause

I guess it is no longer resource control again but Biafra? Is this the reason Asari Dokubo visited Ralph sometime ago, to mobilize people against the government of the day and make governance impossible? Let us see how long they can sustain this protest. In 2012, when the whole nation rose up against subsidy removal, not one protest was seen in Rivers State, only in Lagos and Abuja we saw the agitation to reverse what was not feasible then. Since the free money shared to former militants is been terminated next month, it is obvious this is another opportunity to agitate for what will bring the warlords to the negotiating table.
But the dullared is contemplating subsidy removel now. kachikwu and Sanusi have advised total removal of subsidy. why should we protest subsidy removal. we should actually celebrate it, and the continued existence of things like subsidy is why we need biafra. Let there be free market and competition, govt should step aside and do only regulation, that our economic model, but we are unfortunate to tied together with socialists who think govt should feed ppl

Dillusion 101....

There was NO IPOB protest in Okrika, Eleme, Emohua etc... The few Igbos that did their scanty solidarity march are NON-indigens of Rivers state. However, we are observing things but our position is well known.

We support Igbos to have their Biafra but we all know where their boundary start and end.

For the Record....

We are NOT anti-Biafrans nor anti-Igbos. We are pro-Us and shall determine our OWN destiny by ourselves and for ourselves.
Lol, haven't u checked the names of those in detention after the first protest? and does it mean the radio station the OP quoted lied??

Be thanking God for democracy after all Asari Dokubo picked up arms and fought until he was jailed and released - Nnamdi Kanu was hiding in Britain while agitating for something at home for his people that are searching for greener pastures in other lands and making progress.
You guys are really clowns.
Asari , Tompolo and Ateke didn't talk too much - they started talking with guns despite their minority status and your Govt keep paying them to keep quiet but Kanu was picked like a rat and Bubu isn't even talking about it despite your noise making.
Odi was levelled under democracy so u beta shut up., Only big tribes can agitate without their rights being violated, if u want to agitate u beta identify with big tribes or u will be levelled in a second, continue going about carrying minority tag everywhere, nothern minorities have since embraced arewa. . ur Niger delta republic could not last 2 weeks

Is Amuneke really from the SE? I never knew, thought he was from Benue or something.

Enogela? Is that really an Igbo name? Sounds Edoid though.

Either way, not a bad thread, if they were caught in Malaysia pushing drugs, Arewa-Oduanistans would not fail to point them out for us.

Now that they are positively useful, I see nothing wrong with us( Biafrans) pointing them out to Arewa-Oduanistans, as a counter to the negativity they usually attach to us.
Amuneke = P.enis is a creator in igbo languge. THose ancient ppl can be funny though.

IMO ,Yes, Ambode might not be performing to expectation but still yet JK will not outperform him if he has the opportunity. JK that promises free wifi to Lagosian but yet JK has no website as at electioneering period. For JK, it easier said than done may be because he is good as an orator.

Vote for JK we said, they refused and chose to play ethnic politics electing a clueless stooge.
For all his flaws, no one would doubt Fashola's competence, composure and intelligence, can't say the same for Ambode. He seems to be on a mission to best Aregbesola's records in bad governance
the worst part is that they always fast to be first to accuse others of ethnic politics while they are d worst culprit
