I know of a couple who kept malice for 10yrs, 10 gud damm yrs, and they leave under same roof n attend same church.
Its was on one sermon their pastor was preachin dat touched the man's heart and he confessed to the pastor and everytin was settled. Jux imagine, hubby n wify kept malice for 10yrs.

Babe wetin u wan make she talk again, she told him she is innocent of the allegation but he didn't believe her. Person wey no wan talk the reason while him dey vex to whole family even to the dad n the mum na person wey him dey para for her head him go quick listen to and believe. The main thing be say she now knows why he is mad at her n he has known she knows and doesn't feel any remorse for that cos it is her right and not a sin as a wife. So make she kukuma go sit down for her papa house and stay off his face; when he has finished raving he go come look for her the children cos that one na sure banker.

I hear you but that's just so lame. A person's true character won't surface until they've spent about 90 days on a job. That's when you begin to see what an employee is really like.

Only time will tell if you've made a recruitment error or not as an employer. Some silly mind game of let's wait and see how patient candidate A or B is shallow of any employer.

Candidates should at least have a pleasant interview experience at your organization even if you end up not hiring them, there should at least be a good report about the organization, but I know I'm just preaching to the wind so I better rest my case and move on to other topics.
