I don't need to explain ... but surely that is Metro Hotel building to the right on De Beer street to which we provided context as analysed and matched on his original image. As it appears on the street view level Google map, we now know that the so-called cheap food market is ... in the parking lot of the concrete building opposite the Metro Hotel (Hmmm ... such arrogant cheapness in a parking floor area).
