Well Ndume is technically wrong.oil sales to cbn is a very gud initiative bt other agencies dont hav products they sell like nnpc.what i expected is for him to say all budgets for agencies mst be approved by senate.On the other hand,all money going to cbn can be done wit proper planning n linking of cbn system wit other agencies so that once i claim payment made to nimasa via cbn...it can be confirmed fem nimasa via a code or something that will be generated.
