I'm not happy that the party seems in disarray right now. Baba must impose his leadership and prevail on warring groups or factions in the party.
My advice to Baba is this, in a situation of this nature, he must consult with Tinubu, if possible, obasanjo too. Both men know how to handle such situations the Nigerian way.

sucre, baba is not a politician, so he couldn't have been that smart to have drawn those senators away for saraki to emerge. It was something beyond baba's control at that time. Baba made mistake by openly telling the world that he does not have a prefered candidate- I put the blame of crisis rocking the party him for that position he took.

he really should learn to be in control before things get out of hands.

calling those APC senators out was an amateur move whosoever did that clearly didn't think well. But again, it's Nigeria where anyone can do anything and go scot free.

I just hope it's not what the oppositions have been speculating that is gradually unfolding. Nigeria do not need that at all

i thought as much. a fulani polititian can not be trusted. saraki is fulani by tribe. i read that buhari wrote to NASS and clerk of senate to innaugurate the 8 senate only for him to summon an emergency apc senators elect to a meeting knowing that the innauguration must go on because there was no formal letter requesting time shift. Maybe he did that to clip the wings of tinubu and his perceive control of the country by proxy in having VP, senate president and speaker of reps. so he played fast one on tinubu. Atiku, buhari, saraki are fulanis. Buhari played politic there. Vice senate president has no much influence senate. its a game.

I careless about Tinunbu and history has it that Saraki is not an indigene of Kwara state(he might not be Fulani as claimed)

my concern is on the meeting that kept more than 50 senators elect away from election; a supposed meeting with the president that never held...They were called to come for inauguration but were not called to come for election. There has been no comment about that from the president
