Finestlex: . I got mine when I got here. But I'll advice you to use Google map. Search for home stay around your skl. You'll see their number on the internet, call them and book. Tell them you coming so so date. So when you land, you just take a taxi to the place. Them no dey price taxi here. As e dey drive dey go, e go dey read for the screen. You go see for yourself. They have a map paper where all addresses and prices to drive to there. Safe trip in advance

ManTiger: My youngest bro application was refused, i can't recollect the exact word used but just a column or two was ticked, it has to do with something like "possibility of him coming back home after his study/his financial stand". Though i made a gross error in the application, i never uploaded the tuition receipt + just only 1st page of the SOA was uploaded, i thought those docs will be collected during biometrics.
We plan to reapply adding an updated SOA with close to 5m closing balance, about 3landed properties, 2 in Ibeju, 1 in IB, the four worth over 5m too, add the receipt of the tuition and add a letter of explanation about his interest to study his particular course and urge to serve in the NYSC.
Pls are we good to go with the above?

Seems uve covered all issues dat caused d delay... U can also add a letter from sponsor stating y he/she wants to sponsor him.. Also state d value of d landed properties in d sponsor letter (cos dats wot I did).. And remember prayers too.. All d best sir..

Ottawaguy: Yep.that true.u can relocate to another province but the thing is some province will want u to study in their province,that way it makes it easier.I will give an example I know of a province that will allow u submit your application after 6 months of working as long as u study in their province.That same province requires peeps that studied in another province and relocated to their province to work 2 years bfor bn considered at all.

miketayo: yeah its crazy i paid 300k for mine.. but most people that apply themselves get refusal. just to increase ur chances.they list all d docs u need online, but the embassy ll expect more than the list we see online. So agents are just to be on a safer side.
will advice u to apply before the end of October cos it takes about 2 months for your visa to be processed

But on a more serious note, u really don't need an agent for visa application.. With d wealth of info available here.. All u need do is take out a nice weeknd, and read all d info frm part 4 (dnt hav to read all).. Trust me, u will get ur TRV in ur next application... Only approach agents if u knw u dnt hav d luxury of time.. And always remember darisGod.. So say ur prayers too.. All d best..

Also, you can try applying online if u didn't try that before... Online application takes less time and are usually successful...

Sorry bout d earlier denial... It will work out dz time by God's grace... If d SOP wz d reason for d denial, den u can add it dz time but make sure you've settled what caused d denial... I dnt think been admittd for 2 courses would cause any ruckus... Also having a valid US visa can serve as a strong home tie cause if I'm d VO, I wud simply understand dat since u didn't disappear in US, chances of disappering in canny is slim... All d best ma and expecting d good news of ur TRV...

Well, I think it actually depends on d program ure going for... I wud advise you have at least 70-80% of d total fees (Tuition + accommodation) and some upkeep money...

I guess ure trying to apply for canadian visa.. On this supposition, u can simply use d online route.. All ur sponsor needs to send 2 u are scanned copies of these documents and not d originals.. U can then use this to apply for Visa online..

The thing is -- there are many schs in canny offering grad studies.. But then, it depends on d course ure going for.. Typical tuition for PG in canny schs is about 15k/yr (though it rises each yr).. But dz is just wot I got frm d schs I checkd(UBC, UofT, York uni etc. for engineern and sciences).. You wud need to do a little research on dz based on d course ure going for.. You can first browse all d list of schs in canny, pick institutions ure interested in and start ur research by checking out d institution's portal... All d best bro.

DFodio: had bread and tea for breakfast. Landing was pretty smooth. Though we had more male flight attendants than female one as applied to Emirates and Etihad. You will enjoy it. Presently waiting at the airport with two other Canada bound peeps. There is free wifi to access the IInternet. Pretty smooth. I'm sure you will enjoy it
