Im just stating facts, Osun state practices Traditional religion than Ogun. The Ijebus are mostly Muslims, in fact the Ijebus of Lagos embraced Islam greatly during the reign of Oba Kosoko who was known to have surrounded himself with Muslims. The Ijebus are mostly Muslims while Egbas are Christians but that does not mean there aren't Ijebu Christians and Egbas Muslims.

Firstly, there are more Muslims in Yorubaland than Christians.
Secondly, Islam got to many parts of Yoruba 100s of years before Christianity and even some places I'm the north.
Thirdly, Ajimobi was a very performing governor but his uncouth utterances led to his demise. To cap it, majority Muslim towns in Oyo voted for PDP.

No you didn't answer. You talk as if Muslims don't exist in those states at all. Christians are only majority in Ekiti, Ondo and Kogi states. Muslims are majority in Kwara, Oyo, Osun and Lagos. It's a split in Ogun state as the Ijebus are mostly Muslims and Egbas Christians. Towns established by Seriki Abbass Williams in Ogun state are majority Muslims, if you're adding Yorubas in Benin, Burkina Faso, Sierra Leone and Togo the number further increases.

And in case you don't know, just because there more governors who are Christians doesn't mean the Christians are more. Sierra Leone has more 80% Muslims but it has had Christian rulers and I even think the current president is a Christians same with Burkina Faso.

Yes, that was before actually. Yorubas were one, but since the advent of Pentecostal churches, they've poisoned the minds of many Christians. Today, marriages between both religions hardly occurs and this wasn't the case 30-40 years ago. It's because of some of he activities these churches that we now have Muslims conducting open air preachings and this has yielded results as many Yoruba Christians now embrace Islam and those Muslims who weren't serious are now serious.

Going to Benin Republic, the Yorubas are mostly Muslims and they're known to be very conservative, just take a trip and you'll find out. The Yorubas of Sierra Leone are 95% Muslims, so my advice to you is to keep shut and stop making noise.
