wristbangle: Lol I want to know the person operating this moniker
Dear OP, remember that a broken relationship is still better than a ruined marriage. You have to weigh the options well before saying I do. 7years of relationship should give u enough hints about the man you want to spend the rest of your life with and if u are not convinced deep down, it's better to terminate it than proceed into many years of marital frustration.
Meanwhile you did not cite reason for the quarrels and misunderstanding properly as I often weigh two sides of a story before dishing full advice.
Also, you might be the stubborn and non submissive type which may lower the pedal of your man to give you attention. What were u doing in the past that elevates his happiness towards you? Retrace your step madam. Love ur write ups. Actually i love you but am married already. So.........ok bye! |

chineloSA:
your hormones are not doing any good to you.
Firstly examine what makes your husband prefer spending time with friends than his wife. You may be a problem because of pregnancy. Some woman become bullies when they are pregnant, others cry babies, others lazy, some short tempered etc. Therefore some man don't know how to deal with the change of hormones and prefer to seek other things to take them off what is undesirable.
You maybe doing things that your hubby doesn't enjoy right now as you are pregnant. He may not even be cheating
Calm down. Since you have spoken to him, see if there will be changes while examining yourself. But if I were you when he goes out, I would ask him to drop me off where I will also enjoy ( e.g. movie, friends place, visit family etc.) and pick me up when he is done.
With time he may be interested in finding out what really keeps you, and what you do in his absence and join you.
But divorcing while you are pregnant is a bad idea which you will later regret.
Just to tease you: I feel for your husband, you sound like a pregnant bully and cry baby at the same time. Correct! You are on point ma. Few days ago i told hubs to stay with d baby, i wanted to go out that i needed to be free. And no! He shdnt bother to drop me off. I jokingly said this in the morn. Late afternoon, i told him i was going to the market. Wore some nice dress and wore some very nice make up. Truthfully, i wasnt going to see anyone. I jus wanted to look good and u know get some fresh air. But he didnt take it lightly. Pretended not to be bothered at first and den later on, He sed to take d baby along, we'll all go to d market together. He ll stay with d baby in d car. Na wa o! Somebody cannot be married and want to recieve fresh air again. |

Liftedhands: Spirit alone is fine sis! After cleaning you may apply Vaseline to it.
Baby wriggling may be a result of colic, just bicycle his legs and try laying him on your thighs belly down as often as possible to help gas go out freely. I really appreciate. Thnks ma |

hunniesuzie: Lol. Please leave baby's navel alone, keep that lantern aside. Spirit alone is fine. It will heal. "Body twisting" may be colic, not because navel hasn't healed. Even after the navel heals it may continue for up to 4 months till his intestines develop well. Burp him well, bicycle his legs when you see him in discomfort (Youtube videos will help), massage his tummy with warm water after bath. Some mamas use gripe water but it didn't work for me. Be patient and jog to the newborn thread please Ok thnks ma |

Congratulations to all the mamas that have had thier bundles of joy. My sisters it can only be God. May God provide all that we need to cater for ourselves and our LOs IJN.
Meanwhile, i need ur responses on this mamas. After the baby's cord falls off. How do u treat the navel wound? Mumsi has been using only spirit to clean it. But i hear some people use agbo and lantern and stuff, which my husband is strongly again. I no kuku blame am bks hes not the one seeing baby twisting his body and appearing dull and uncomfortable.
Well i av gotten lantern......but i want to know if its alright and how to go about it or if there are other ways. I feel so much pain wen my baby looks like he is in pain.
Please i anticipate ur responses everyone. Thanks and God bless. |

Good afternoon mamas in the house. I have come to appreciate everyone who contributed in one responding to my request on how to make baby's cord fall off fast. Already the cord had taken almost two weeks at the time and it still hadnt fallen off....after applying the red close up as suggested by mamas here. U wont believe it fell off d next day. Jus been lazy to come here and testify! Lol
So, now that it had fallen off pls i ll need further assistance on how i can care for the navel wound. Although before now..my mum who came for d first 2weeks applied spirit on cotton wool and cleaned it before applying penicilin ointment.
However i feel there must be another way i can take care of his navel to make it dry faster. Mamas, all suggestions are welcome! |
