Good morning All, I will advise anyone planning to use Primecare in the next 3-4 months to start engaging the Dr and if possible make a deposit before Jan 1 as there are plans to increase IVF fee by Jan due to the high cost of drugs. He said drugs he bought N7m in July was bought N10.5m two weeks ago so it's been very difficult for him except the dollar reduces. We are also in talks wt him to allow external surrogates as he uses only his surrogates for now. He agreed to speak with his lawyers and revert. Just tot to share the planned ivf increment especially for those planning to start soon so you are nit caught unaware since a lot of us are planning to use him.

My partner in bitter mouth high5 to you , this plus feeling of something stuck in my chest/throat. When you find the answer please let me know, for now i just chew cloret gum the after taste of the gum mask the bitterness and clears the feeling of having something stuck in my chest, once i stop the gum, back to sqaure 1.

Today has been kind of good for me, 2nd bottle of pepsi in one day, it's unbelievable, me that can't stand anything sugary, i pray i don't regret it.

Today my son turned 3
I remember reading about fertilaid clinic here on nairaland after my failed cycle with women’s care Port harcourt . I decided to cycle with them it wasn’t easy shuttling from PH to Abuja. My husband came back from the states and we froze two vials of his semen in November. I started stimulation in January I wasn’t producing enough follicles, only four follicles I was heartbroken how could this be , all the money spent for only 4 follicles. I was on high doses of HMG 6 bottles and it was still 4 follicles. I nearly canceled the cycle but Dr shaibu encouraged me and said it only takes one.
I did my retrieval , 4 follicles retrieved but only 2 fertilized . I was heartbroken again
It was as if it wasn’t meant to be but I prayed and gave it my best
Then my endometrial lining was an issue. I had to use my progynova vaginally and it really helped my lining
I also added prednisone, low dose aspirin, took pineapple core, pomegranate juice, walnut
I know I needed to try it all.
On transfer day I asked what my lining was and was ready to stop the transfer if it wasn’t up to 9mm
He measured and said 10. 9mm
Both were transferred a 5 A blast and a morula
After the transfer I stayed on the transfer couch for 30 mins
I was laughing, watching comedy shows , ate French fries. I was transferred to the other room and I stayed there for 2 hrs before heading to my accommodation
I made myself happy and prayed for God’s mercy during my two week wait
I didn’t test I was so scared .
I then went for the hcg quantitative test and it was 1400
I knelt down and worshipped God
Finally I was pregnant .
I just want to thank God for what he did for me and hoping he will do more when I cycle next year

Hello Mamas,
I decided to tell my story so that some others will be encouraged. I am 46 years. Had my 1st after 7 years of Marriage and 2 failed IVFs. Since then, I have had 3 other failed cycles. Somehow, God brought a destiny helper my way who encouraged me to try again and actually introduced PrimeCare to me. We had already run tests at a more expensive clinic for 245k against the 100k charged in PrimeCare. With God on our side, Dr Ese accepted to use the results and we started our cycle. we had 3 day 5 embbies transferred and 5 days later, I was spotting. This did not happen with my first. (that one was seamless that I didn't even remember i was pregnant and had to constantly pee on a stick to confirm)
.The spotting lasted for a few hours and stopped completely.
By day 10 post transfer I was peeing way too much and surreptitiously used a test stripe (100 naira ones o�) that night. I saw a clear but slightly faint line. I did the 2nd one early in the morning and it was so deep. Rather than wait till 14th day for my blood test, I went in that day and was confirmed Preggy.
At my first Scan, I realised that all 3 embbies took and we are having triplets. Go be praised!!! Shock, disbelief, relief ... (all join). I was gobsmacked but I know that God will strengthen me and complete what He started.

I tried this with my dh one month and it greatly improved overall SFA parameters. He was taking 100mg daily, i incorporated a lot of walnut - asala and banana as snacks for him also with tigernut, coconut & dates drink i prepare myself and his entire parameters improved, though there was really nothing wrong initially just wanted the entire count to increase which happened

Above all, back it up with prayers.

I actually got the higher dose of ubiquinol from a vendor on Jiji though is quite pricey but it’s better and body absorb it more faster than the ubiquinone.

You should take either and not both, ubiquinol has just more strength than ubiquinone.

I think recommended dose is 300mg - 600mg per day spread over 3 times I.e 100mg 3ce daily or 200mg thrice daily to improve egg quality

I personally was on 100mg 3ce daily for like 2 months

VitD is also good but I don't know recommended dose

I had a similar situation and still do(worst now bc both of my ovaries have multiple cyst and are behind my uterus). One of my ovaries was hiding behind my uterus during my IVF cycle and the Dr told me there was going to be a challenge(if at all it was going to be possible) getting eggs from the particular ovary. However, on the day of my retrieval, a nurse pressed very hard on my tummy(it hurt a little) and with the guidance of an ultrasound they were able to get a couple of eggs from the hidden ovary.
So if the uterus doesn't give way once the ovaries are stimulated, in my case pressing on my tummy helped in moving the ovary a little forward for egg retrieval. Ur Dr could try this and hopefully it works out well for u.

I want to ask please, cos i m feeling a little bit hurt, though happy for the couple. A couple close to my family just gave birth, and i just added it up that they have intentionally been hiding it. The same thing when my bro in law got pregnant, we didnt hear until they needed money for ICU, and these are pple my husband speak to everyday. Are your friends suppose to be hiding their pregnancies because of your situation?or am i the one making it a big deal.

Is sad to say the pregnancy didn't stay. It was an ectopic, had to undergo an ex-lap and lost one of my tube in the process. I know I will be back very soon. Am grateful am alive to share this story. Where there is a will there is a way. God will do it for us sooner than expected. It is well.

hmmmm this is my first time of commenting here but am TTC in silent & looking into another means, ur post made me remember a lady we are in the same office with oo she told another woman dat me I don't know how to do anything than to wear clothes & be showing people dat I know how to do guy but can have children & the other woman told me but I did not even care to ask or anything

after some month one morning I went to work so after getting them good morning, she said come so u people are building house but u didn't tell us in the office? I said hmmm anty I wil tell u when the time for us to pack comes now, then she ask how many rooms are u people building? I said is 5bed room but we deside to make one reading room & the next thing I wil hear from her is what are u people going to be doing with 5 rooms without children? ooh my God I felt this pain in my heart & was silent through out dat day becos this is the woman dat also TTC for 4 year befor she now has her 4 children so I expect her to know my pain, well all I wil say is it is well with us ttc becos I now very soon the story is going to change for us & for good by God grace.

just talking abut it now makes me feel happy becos after dat day I just keep it inside alone

Hi mamas I am was diagnosed of distal bilateral Fallopian tubes blockage last year, but my two tubes are patent now when I had another hsg last month , below is my hsg report
CONCLUSION: Features suggest:
1) Normal uterine cavity
2) Bilateral fallopian tube patency
3) Cervicitis and moderate proximal
cervical canal stenosis
And I have water coming out of my breast whenever I press it, hubby on the other hand was diagnosed of bilateral varicocele , and he is scared of going for surgery, bobo dey fear...
My question is I want to try out ivf this year
What are the chances of it working please help me.

Your husband sperm can be retrieved and used through testicular sperm extraction. A lot of ivf centres do it. Good luck mummy fruitfulvine

Hello everyone , bn having sleepless night since i had my 3 day5 blactocyst transfer on monday 13th of the month, the two weeks wait has bn horrible . doctor said i should come in for test on monday 27th
But have bn going through alot ,from spotting to cramps and so on
I told hubby to get me the urine strips yesterday night 11dpt / 10 dpt embryo transfer

Just did the test now around 1.10 am , is it accurate or its too early to check
Am scared of a false result.
Help me out.

Madam, you need to listen to your gynecologist except you're using unprofessional doctors. Meanwhile, remember that I operated my fibroids because of the IVF which was conducted on me after three month. My conception was through IVF not natural conception.

Is not really easy but we must not loose hope because our mockers must be put to shame in year 2020.

They really mocked me in my church, office and my environment but today they are shocked to see my big tummy.pls do you know the hospital your friend with triplet used where her hubby sperm was extracted

Madam, very sure that it might be three girl and three boys that are coming to join the family in year 2020. Good things don't come easy.

The day of your delivery Madam, it will be wow! At last, God did it miraculous.

One of my friend that we met on this group used androcare and she gave birth to triplet in December but she tried IUI three times and it fails before she now move to IVF. I visited the place too but later change my mind because of the distance and the bad roads

I will also advice you save up for ivf, we are into the same issue, this is our 8th year (though we have done IVF but miscarried). Once it is non-obstructive azoospermia, I.e. if he has high FSH, the only solution is either you use donor sperm or go through TESE+ICSI+IVF and most fertility clinic don't offer this. Parenting a child doesn't mean he/she should have DH DNA but by the love you show to them.

First time post. Please mommies and mommies to be in the house. Help a sister. I have been married for 5yrs plus and have not recorded any conception. I have been taking all kinds of fertility treatment both English and herbal. In 2016, after a convincing treatment by the herbal man yet no pregnancy, he advised I bring my hubby for examination. Knowing who hubby is, I knew he would never take herbal drugs, so I told the man my hubby can never come here no matter what. So he advised we go for semen analysis. I told hubby about it, though he refused at first later he accepted. My fellow mommies, results has it that there is no live cells in Hubby's semen. We doubted this and went for four different lab tests, all came out same. We then went went to a fertility hospital where he was diagnosed of non obstructive azoospermia. We were then advised to go for sperm donor or adoption. Though, the gynae still placed him on fertility drugs. From 2016 till date lab results still come out same(no live cells in semen: zero million sperm count).Please has anyone succeeded in treating this in the past. I need to have my own child mommies. Please your advise will be greatly appreciated. Sorry for the long post
