This is my house, it was plastered about 3wks ago.

I just saw the video and am worried the foundation has problems.

The wall is wet at the bottom , i fear dis might be damp and it cud cause problems later.

But v.popular nw are 'room and parlor self con'...the earlier one is very popular with hostels as in a school enviroment.

Both are hot cake.

The room and parlor selfcon can go for 6.5 to 8k easily.

I advice u go for selfContained. A 1rm self cntain. It wil be occupied in a jiffy compard to face2face or flat in that area that hasn't got lite, security and very far frm central benin(I mean rngroad)

I dont think houses cost much at urora, couse that way is more or less a village, coupled with the poor power supply. A room maybe at the range of 2k to 3k that way, except its closer to aduwawa. I will advice you to convert to 2 self cons. Cause that is the hot cake now in benin.
