Depending on the land size in lekki county, Megamound sells for between 80 - 85k per square meters and they sell either 400sqm or 800sqm. So do the maths.

So if you have to buy about 1500sqm in Megamound mound, kindly multiply 1500 by 80000. What was your answer? ₦120m right. This means if you're to buy 1500sqm land in Megamound you should be ready to cough out ₦ 120m

The Abijo gra land I advertised has a solid root title with no "omonile" issues. The price I advertised is clearly stated as "negotiable ". Megamound is way more expensive than Abijo GRA. I live in Ikota Villa estate beside Mega Chicken so I know what I'm saying.

This is completely Heartbreaking, I Pregnant woman has died because she heed to her pastor's words, who ordered her not to go for C-Section..
For starters, the Doctors told the woman that her baby was on the wrong side of the womb, and so for that he strongly adviced her to go for C-section, But she told him she needed to confirm from her pastor, The Pastor prayed, and told her that she should never try a C-section, Because it is for Non-Christian, that she must give birth like the Hebrew Woman.. But sadly she lost her life, and the baby too.. so sad, her cousin shared the heartbreaking new on SM.
