probably you have to check the theme settings or menu item. it's not suppose to appear on your site except it was added as a menu item. so check it and see if it's part of a menu item

guess it's because if Adsense disapproving it. this is what happens when you only see Adsense as the only means of monetization. Adsense is only one pieces of a pie. use other means. I sell anything worth selling on my blog. whether affiliate, my personal service or any other. provided you have something to sell, promote it on your blog. Adsense should never be a reason to dumb your blog.

just the way you hosted wordpress. that is how you should with html files. the only difference is that maybe you installed word press via softaculos instead of transferring it.

you need the app for hosting as a reseller. that is what most Nigerians do. they are resellers .

just be careful not to fall victim of getting scammed. most dog niche is saturated and top keywords have been ranked for years. so you might have to find the long tail keywords that will not be difficult to rank. just be careful though

well, Adsense will ban you for that. I used on one of mine but they caught Me and sent a warning mail . so I had to remove it asap to avoid their hammer.

yeah antivirus usually see it as virus because it's not an installable software. you just click and it runs. then you extract it.

mind you, the purpose of packaging it like that is for branding. especially premium tools and files. this way when someone shares it. I have seen lots of uploaders that used the same trick to brand what they shared. especially that crack keygenerator or patch.

it's not a virus bro. I packed the file in software extraction. so when you download it, you will need to run the software to extract the file inside.

download it from the solidfile link I shared. some of the download site might ask you to download it using their download manager, if that is the case, make sure to unchecked the option before downloading.
