if adsense gave you reasons, better work on it and reapply. Don't look at some one who has ads running on their blog with just two words because that person may not have applied with that blog. Adsense ads can be used on multiple blogs provided you have been approved.

with foreign online payment, most don't require any pin or token code to complete the transactions. So one needs to be careful of their atm card because any one can use it to make payment online, it could be subscription or pay as you go without the marchant asking for pin or token code.


As for the op, they can trace the user if you contact facebook and provide proof that the card belongs to you.

you have to keep testing and also make sure you don't promote ads that contains gory images, accident, fighting, blood, sexual etc.

you have to work on your blog template. I will advise you to remove the background image on the site and also work on your sidebar

you will see verified tag instead of unverified on your paypal account. You have to verify it by adding your atm card and inserting the codes they sent to you

if your paypal is fully approved, you can send money. Hope they gave you reasons for not allowing you to transfer at this time

you are not the only one in this mess. i don't know what kind of coy would delay withdrawal request for over a month now. mine is going to a month plus since i requested for withdrawal. i noticed the exchange rate is very high so i decided to withdraw the cash since February. this is not what i expected from them. guess they have a better explanation to this delay because i don't see why withdrawal request would be delayed for over a month plus. not encouraging at all

this is not bulk sms service. Its called short code service. You will have to purchase a short code service to do this.

make sure you don't use single name as business name. Also provide a name that is not close to some one's else business name. You should provide up to two names.

my advice will be for you to go to cac office to get it done because they will still call you to come to the office. The online application still need to be improved.

sure they got it from black market but what stops them from selling at black market. You make use of their card, they charge you over 300 while you ask for refund from marchant, they give you 199. Who is stealing from customers. This is broad day light robery.

Not Nigerians. I can't remember as far back as 2009, I was member of one or two foreign online forum where people mentioned it wasn't possible to withdraw USD. I recently checked again and discovered it has even been a very long policy. Due to a USA law passed in 2006.

like he said, its a narrow path that might even lead to your cash hanging. The best alternative is to look for some one to sell it to while the person pays in naira into your savings.


If you want to get your cash into your dom account, then look for some one who need paypal abroad while the person wire the cash to your dom account. Its a narrow path and might get scammed if you follow this path
