and I know you never had a backup of your Rom and data so that you can easily Flash and recover from the time before you installed this last app.
you gonna lose everything saved and installed on your phone memory cuz you have to do a factory reset.
but first try to remove and re insert your battery.. and try to boot.
if it doesn't work try to boot into recovery mode, then reboot phone from there without flashing anything.. if condition don't change, you have to factory reset. that's the best you can do from there. cuz at least the LG logo still comes up.. else you'd have lost your phone entirely.

I rooted my own phone now it can't upgrade to lollipop after downloading the update 3 times today. Someone please help me on how to unroot my phone. I have reset the phone both factory and hard reset.
