Offpoint:You should read what happens after adaptation...the ones that don't adapt get wiped out. can you imagine! You thinking evolution doesn't have to be how humans and bacteria cope with parasites is laughable. Something must have happened during adaptation. And no it's not thier choice to adapt. It's what genes and DNA that survived. go and learn. |

dhardline:You should go check the meaning of mutation. And no, the kind of mutation that happens within the cell or DNA is what makes all of evolve. For instance the PAX6 gene that's responsible for the camera eyes that we have. Or say the genes responsible for the placenta. To mutate is to change and not the science fiction concept from XMEN. And science is not "some people". You should stop using mobile phones! 1 Like |

dhardline:Haha. You’re bringing up creationist arguments. Why don’t you cite reputable scientific journals? From the first link, he argues that mutation is not evolution. Without thinking too far, a knowledgeable person would know that mutation that stays on course is what’s know as evolution. And if you’re daft, I will call you out! The fact that you think “they are trying to make us believe these things” is nauseating and someone like you is no way different than buratai who said “our borders can only be secured by god”. Do you now see why I get really pushed when people like you come online to denounce facts? Because such thinking only adds to our retrogression which catalyzed Buhari’s ascension! 1 Like |

Cti28:The likes of you though. Why not conduct your own research, publish it and then come out with counter claims? There's something called peer review. This means scientists of other nationals can carry out same experiment to find out if it's false or not. I bet nuclear weapons are false too. 2 Likes |

dhardline:Don't be daft! I will give you an example of evolution... Long before now, chloroquine was used to treat malaria and it worked but that same chloroquine is no more working. What do you think happened? let me help you; that's evolution right there. Mosquitos evolved and so did the parasites. This is why most mosquito killers aren't working. There are numerous examples of everyday evolution around us if you are keen to observe. If you have counter claims, conduct a research and publish. 1 Like |

Travel / Re: ‘1500’ Lagos-bound Passengers Stranded In Ghana — After Four Days by BedLam: 10:47pm On Feb 14, 2020 |
sulaak: Haha! It is funny how you think having a huge population is enough to build more airports. No, it's not and MMIA is not fully utilized in its current state, capacity wise. privatization, yes but not building newer ones for now because we are still very poor and people build more airports not just because of the citizens but for purpose of tourism and business travelers and we need to own at least 3 standard carriers with hubs in different parts of the country or it's just another waste. This is why Qatar with less than 300k citizens have an airport that is busier than all international airports in Nigeria, it's not the citizens that make use of them! Airports are used and busier because they are hubs. 8 Likes 1 Share |

Commentor:So if it's a single airline then that is isolated, stop defending nonsense. Did other airlines cancel flights to Cape town on the same day as well? And "bad weather" is a wide range, so you have to tell us exactly what aspect of bad weather was their problem, and how long it persisted! If there's is a pattern , then yes it's incompetence! 6 Likes |

JosephXavier: They are filled my friend, almost every airline is using Abuja and very few are flying that, say Turkish and emirates and they can't give up their seats since it has to be double( Lagos bound passengers). But then, I doubt the authenticity if this report because airlines have a policy of not taking you to another country other than your origin. 3 Likes |

Lol! stranded in Doha, got transit visa to stay in Hotel provided by Qatar airways with 50$ voucher for food and drinks until they know what next to do. Abuja is fully booked so no going there, and yes Accra would be the best place since it's closer to Lagos and the report should do due diligence because Lagos is the only place Qatar Airways fly to in West Africa. Took my time navigating around the city, small beautiful Doha! 29 Likes 2 Shares |

Good morning! This ain't Vietnam; people lose legs, hands, and arms for real! == Kanye West! Vietnam is a southeast Asian country with a population of 95.5 million, wanted to do China and Vietnam, but Ugly Ms. Corona came along, oops! Took Qatar airways and got a business upgrade, Phew! Long layover, not that bad, and from Doha, you start sensing the panic of Corona V with people putting on masks and offering sanitizers, more like zombie movies. Not wearing one makes you the odd one! Candlelight dinner on Qatar airways. 2 Likes

DexterousOne:I stated this in my original post “only those seeking profits and economic stability” go there. The Chinese are now going home, the Germans don’t see it as a better place because they are better off. Likewise the Swiss and Japanese. I know people that drive to Canada to get medication because same medication cost over 500% in the USA. No one is saying it’s a bad place either. It’s not a choice for me and most Americans can also attest to how low their system has gotten but this is not the case for people from poor countries of which it’s understandable. I also know people that have moved to Mexico because it’s more favorable. |

Trutherme:Ok scumbag, what is the name of your business? You see how stupid you sound? just the opposite of what to expect from someone living in the USA not to mention the heap lies about 30 different countries. Name the company you founded in america or you are just another fraud like the brothers you have there. Here you have american veterans moving to more stable and affordable countries like Vietnam : https://rt.com/op-ed/477118-vietnam-veterans-pension-american-war/ Why are they fleeing your so good america? You basically don't understand how good society works which is something very common with your type since you want to call one of your NGOs to refund money Wakanow charged, because to a dweeb like you, I should keep quiet so others can fall prey to them. If you truly are a business man like you posited, you'd know that every penny counts unless you are a fraudulent bastard like I stated earlier. Funny how you left the topic of discussion to attack me lol! 2 Likes |

thundafire:I’m not talking about giving people job. People have to create these jobs and that’s the most difficult thing. This is why Nigerians barely create jobs even in advanced countries that you mentioned. This is athwart compared to what Israelis, Lebanese, Indians and Chinese do abroad. 1 Like 1 Share |

Insightful. Nothing that we don’t know or doesn’t have an idea about. A typical Nigerian has the biggest ideas but problem is putting those to work. When it comes to the economy, I’m actually very scared. The next generation is going to be so poor because they’ve glorified get rich quick, flashy life without any input. It’s like people just wake up in Nigeria , eat and have sex and then sleep and wake up again. Even those with the money just want to spend it. Not understanding how to make their money productive. It’s a shame. 9 Likes 1 Share |

Trutherme:Typical Nigerian, pseudo-intellectual, you've resorted to cheap insults while derailing like a rural Indian train. We are talking economics but since you brought government you should know that you don't get everyday mass shootings in the so called communist states. China and Russia are safer than America or you can google the stats, they are there staring at you. You are still ranting and failed to tell us why America is the best country to live in, in terms of what? I gave you example like medical, transportation, et al. Bring facts next time or I won't bother replying your dumb ass next time! Agbero. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Those are your choices to make or you've already concluded, subconsciously before asking but I have something to ask, what are you going to contribute to this country you are relocating to? It's nerve wrecking that so many Nigerians just move away and all they want to do is "enjoy" the good life prepared by others. No matter where you find yourself, add something, don't just be a doctor or a nurse that engages her job diligently and get paid for it, that was expected of you because it's what you are being paid to do, but do MORE! Anyway, if things don't pan out as you envisaged, ALWAYS REMEMBER THE ROAD THAT WILL LEAD YOU HOME Warning: Stay away from WAKANOW, they are selective scammers 2 Likes |

Trutherme: You beg to differ with no points? China now has more millionaires than america, every week more millionaires are emerging with the fastest internet, cheapest medicals, urban and vast on-time transportation which america has neglected. This is the same thing found in Japan, Europe, Russia and the UAE so what is your point? While the rest of the world is getting richer, Americans are becoming homeless just like in cities like LA. Medical bills accounted for a large percentage of bankruptcy, something alien to the rest of the developed world, so what is your point? If you need more education let me know or don't quote me again. 4 Likes 1 Share |

I honestly don't know what people do in the USA if not for seeking employment and business. I find it revolting that people go there for holidays or anything other than economic gains. The world has developed to a point where most things available elsewhere in the world aren't in the USA. There are now better living in Asia, Europe and middle east than you could find in the USA. Even south American countries are coming up. Meanwhile WAKANOW is a fraudulent establishment, stay away from them! 338 Likes 19 Shares |
