[b]@Fastshipping.....The project started in January last year. Let's just say, I finished paying for carcass as at October last year due to several delays from him. I was paying in installment at the end of each completed stage but not long after the project started, I started paying him out of next installmental payment continuously. He told me the house will be completed in less than 6 months but obviously, thats history now. I paid last in december when Bosun Shoyoye a.k.a Brabus convinced me to pay for plastering and screeding since it could be going on concurrently. Till now, roofing hasn't been done. One story after another, he is so full of stories and excuses. I was in Nigeria last month and the house has lots of errors, which I don't want to start going into details now since he said has corrected some of them. But in all sincerity, i curse daily, the day I met him. Anyone that decides to consider him or give him a second chance like I have done and a few others have done, will one day write a similar story.

I take offense in calling my big Town (Saki) a village... even EgunMogaji won't call it a village having lived there.
My town is bigger than some of the country in the Carribbean/West Indies. Next time I will ban you for that language.

I'm sorry I wanted to write town but mistakenly typed village.

My sister told me breaking rocks is like killing an ant in Saki. The woman happens to be her landlady so she do see her every time breaking them and selling to people to build their houses.

I spoke to the woman on the phone who is ready to go and see how many of us to know how many of them will come.
She said the "Alakuta" will make holes in them and blow it up into piece before they will now break it down into smaller sizes.

I think the guy isn't interested again. Not everyone can stand a woman doing hard work which means the women will have to go hungry niyen ooooo. I will tell her now so she won't start disturbing me.

Re: the alakuta's you mentioned sometime ago. My people have asked around and haven't been able to locate any alakuta's.

It is quiet unfortunate that people still deal with Bosun (Brabus). He is a confirmed fraudster and chronic criminal.

I transferred agreed sum of 100K to him for Architectural and Structural drawing in 2014. He acknowledged this payment. He did unprofessional, unsigned and unsealed drawing which was rejected immediately.

I complained about this matter on nairaland when he was not picking my calls again. He called me immediately to beg me that we should settle it offline. He begged me not to post on Nairaland again and promised to refund the 100K.

He suddenly send sms to me offering to pay 60K as final payments in two instalments. I told him to pay the 60K at once. This is over 5months.

Now, he is saying he doesn’t have money and cant even advise when exactly he can pay.

It is quiet unfortunate that such person like Bosun (Brabus) claims to be a profession and keep duping people.

This is sad.

Everyone dealing with Bosun (Brabus) are taking greater risk.

He is a fraudster and criminal. My experience with him is sad.

He can comment on this if I lied against him or if he disagree that he is not a fraudster and criminal.

I am really sad about all these things i am reading about Brabus. If its one complainant then its a mistake but when you have 5, 10, 20 etc all complaining about the same thing then something is wrong somewhere.

Good to see you here. As the moderator of this section , what are you going to do to ensure he doesn't scam another innocent person?

He is obviously not a builder but just a packager. Please, stop him for the sake of innocent Nairalanders who may still fall for his sweet talk and internet picture displays.

He has a lot of user ids.( that's even a crime on its own or why will one person have multiple ids if not for fraudulent reasons)
If you want to ban him, ask here and people will mention them for you.

I'm sure all he deserve is a life ban.
