I used the backlink, I saw that I was approved, the approval date in the letter shows today's date. I have accepted and filled bank details.

The issue I have now is that, I used the backlink afterwards and it appears my acceptance and account details have not been saved, it just makes me repeat the whole process of acceptance and account number over and over again.
