Corruption won't allow us have spectacular players like we do in the past with talents like JAY JAY, OLISEH, KANU, TARIBO, YEKINI, ORUMA etc. We really have players that can match MANE, YAYA TOURE, DROGBA, ETO, AUBA and SALAH in Nigeria but when u need money before giving them the chance to play for their country we will always produce AVERAGE players who wont be consistent for 3yrs

Mc understood how his lack of education might have affected him if not for destiny that still smiled down on him by whatever means (agberoism or gangsterism).

I'm personally proud of him for ensuring his kids got educated for themselves and himself to a large extent. It's like saying, the school wey I no fit go, make una go am for me. Sounds funny, but I did the same with my siblings.

When u comment on people who call themself influencer without a known business. U are tagged an enemy of progress.

Fact is 98% of people who lavish money online are into one or two illegal package. Money laund., oil bunkering, drugs, prostitution, scam, killing, kidnapping, banditary, ritualism, robbery and many more.

When u work for ur money legitimately, lavishly spending for show off wont be ur priority.

Very true, they are gaining from it and also i see people who fight for abnormalities of politicians here as online political thugs with no morals.

They aren't so wise by being played. Every Politician in Nigeria is good with the art of manipulation. Once they play the party, religion or ethnic cards, the unwise citizens fight for them. You have a point, even here in nairaland you will see how some people support leaders that are detrimental to the growth of their region. The political system we practice in Nigeria is a total waste of our scarce resources.

I laugh when people accused GEJ or BUHARI. Even if SOWORE or DUROTOYE or a pastor or imam becomes the president, it will still amount to NOTHING. The foundation is faulty and a total overhaul is needed

Its only people from the political class that will blame the citizen for the problems in the country. Why is it so difficult for a leader to perform. I can use Ngige for example, he was supported by a certain cabal and the cabal wanted him to remit some billions monthly but he refused and he choose to develop the state infrastructurally.

If u choose NGIGE i can mention more people that swallowed our money. Bad people are more than Good people in NIGERIA and u dont need to argue it. A country where 95% of citizen sees politics as a means to become a millionaire and enrich his family and friends. We shouldn't shy away from the obvious truth.
If u become a Governor or Senator, will ur family and friends financial status remain the same? NO
Maybe when the salaries and allowances of politicians is the same with a Lecturer in the uni. bad people will avoid politics

If ur President cares, how about senators, ministers and party structure who are always hindering things? The problem started since 1914. Any candidate supported by the north will mostly win and election. Any President that doesn't take care of the north will likely not get re-elected.
Its not how big a head is. If its not full of ideas, it is useless. Let every region be independent and see how the life of the masses will change. The whole of GHANA isn't up to OYO. Southy, UAE aren't up to S/W.

No reasonable country will put something of this importance on a citizen without previous works which has been approved by the neccesary medical regulatory body. 95% of drugs in Nigeria are imported. Someone that hasn't produce paracetamol or vitamin c is ranting about a virus drug. He just needed attention and i think he has gotten it already.

First step is to divide this country. All region should grow and operate individually. Gradually, orientation and morals should be mandated at every school levels. Every region will see the root of their problems once another region progress. Nigeria is too big (culturally, etnically and religiously) for 1 black man to rule

We are actually saying the same thing. Most Nigerians are selfish, self centered and greedy. That is why most of our Leaders are bad. Remember they were once citizens as well.

Civil servants = 30K monthly
HoR memeber = Over 5Million just for 4 sittings in a month.
And you expected civil servants to be coming to work everyday

If the civil servant doesnt like the salary, he or she can resign. Cos such attitude cant change even if he or she start earning 5m or more

Is church a business centre? Can church programs be done online or not? Can ur prayer be answered even if u pray from home? Is it only Nigerians that are holy and need to go to church while other countries still lockdown churches and mosques? Can pastors and imams survive if market is on lockdown as well? MARKET is an ESSENTIAL SERVICE while CHURCH isn't.

School hasn't open and Church is complaining. I guess being religious is better than being educated?

Our religion leaders are hypocrites. They will obey to lockdown their branches in Europe and America but will complain here in Nigeria. If they can't obey the law of the land they operate then we should question if truly they are working for GOD or their pockets.

Thats the sad reality of our country. Few days ago i wrote a comment on Peter's and Kodak pictures death thread. The rich and influencial are always invited or interrogated with respect no matter ur offence but the poor will be bundled without fair hearing. Nigeria cant be saved by anyone but GOD. The foundation is bad, our constitution doesnt work for the poor. Most times i dont pity police going thru calamities. Karma will definately locate them
