ANBAKO: To call Brabus a fraud is a compliment. He is much worse than that. He/his cowboy outfit masquarade as builders with ethics and con alot of people (mostly in diaspora) out of their hard earned dosh. He seems to have alot of clients abroad who fall for his sales pitch and once the dollars hit his account he shows his true colour. I am surprised he has been allowed to continue his work on this forum which is one of the avenues used by our people abroad to search for good workers. Brabus what will it take to change your ways. Based on all I have read here and other clients your days look like they are numbered. You really need to change your ways and seek forgiveness bro. Life is too short and you don't want your kids paying for the sins of their father. Stop conning people and do something that you are good and qualified at. IT consultants still make a very good living. 1 Like |

Wow, This is so amazing. What started off as s simple question has opened up a bad can of worms. I saw some of Brabus posts posted on the 4th of August with pics of a client and was impressed and decided to ask for others opinions on this professional outfit. I now use the term professional loosely as this outfit seems to be anything but professional. It’s also amazing that having followed this thread in its entirety it seems Brabus has stood steadfast in his beliefs that he is immune from any wrongdoing. You have openly admitted to submitting a schedule of work/materials that was grossly over-inflated. You have admitted that NextHome gave kick-backs to his sister. You produced a contract that was delivered last year totalling over 24M for a piece of work that was about 19M. You said the contract was given to the sister but you knew what the end-game was. You knew that this contract was going to be submitted for the work. This schedule/contract had your company’s letter-head and was the sole document the brothers had to work with. This again you knew was wrong but you carried along. When yawa gas now you produce a contract for 19M saying that this was the real document but you never produced this from day one. Any reason why. Were you sleeping with the Sister as well? Now through all this you make claims that she has fooled 3 grown men thereby painting yourself as a victim as well but how can you even stoop so low to claim this ground? Are we NL readers so dumb as to believe you are innocent? It’s a real shame Bro. This has shown your outfit in a very bad light. I too have siblings and like the rest of us here including you, we don’t have a choice over who are siblings are but one thing we can control is who we give our hard earned money to. We have the right to solicit for contractors to work on our projects and we hope that the contractors we employ will be our last line of defence against any fraudulent activity. We pay the contractors well for their services so why did you go down this route? The only question I have for Oga Brabus is this. If you were a prospective client following this thread will you give you hard-earned money to NextHome to do work for you? A simple yes or no will suffice here. Oga Brag3, so sorry to hear your story. You Sister is hard o. You need to be careful with her but like my fellow NL said above God will not let anything/anyone spoil our families in Jesus Name. Make sure you manage your things more astutely going forward. By the way I don’t mean to pry but how much has been paid to Brabus so far and what is the difference between that and what was supposed to have been paid? And to Oga Brabus, will you pay the difference of the money that you have taken from these brothers? Don’t forget the money was paid to you directly and if EFCC enter na you dem go follow talk this matter ooo 5 Likes |

Thank you Brag3 for your very detailed review. I think it's only fair that Brabus has a chance to defend himself. Surely a professional outfit like NextHome cannot treat their clients like this. Awaiting your response to this, Barbus 1 Like |

Hello 3strike, Thanks for the reply. Whilst I appreciate your wanting to talk directly to me I feel whatever information/review you have should be shared here for the whole Forum to benefit from. I am sure I am not the only one that will benefit from your candid reviews and our fellow Naira-landers will like transparency when such reviews are made. Once again I appreciate your time and efforts. Befto 1 Like |

Thank you Mavverick. Looking at the pictures here your project seems to going on well. I have read your points and totally appreciate sharing your experience here. This is the first time for me so I guess I will experience some of your pains and gains. It's inevitable for projects of this size not to be fraught with ups and downs but I hope the ups far outweigh the downs. Thanks again I will be making a final selection of contractors to vet in the next couple of weeks. For now I just want to get to know who is out there that can be trusted to do a good job at a good price. May God continue to bless all of us. |

These projects look very good. I am also planning on embarking on some multiple projects in Lagos and based on Brabuss works this company/person seems like a good outfit. Will appreciate some feedback on this company and some advice on dealings with this company (Brabus). I am new to this forum so will appreciate any feedback from my fellow Naira-landers. In particular from those who have dealings with this company. As you appreciate building projects can be very complex and finding the right company to do the job is imperative. I await your feedback.
