Those ones are good for the oza room. Na dia type dey always drag headship with man for house. I have enough to worry about already, I don't need to add a cantankerous woman to my life's troubles. Zykod: Which do you think is better to marry, a woman with high financial standing or the one that depends on you for finance. Oya come in and answer o guys, lefulefu,rany91,martin0, oya o. Time to answer this question, choose woman with good financial standing that can be proud and make marriage somehow, or a lady that depends on you for financial support. Choose and state reasons Women like to marry men they can look up to in every area, especially financially. So, it would be wise to hook up with a woman you earn a lot more than, and who depends on you to get some things her earnings cannot afford her. Once you can get over the fake idea of love in a romantic relationship, you begin to realise that you must be calculating when dealing with women. If you want control of your relationship, marry a woman who depends on you. |

There's always an exception. Everyone should be handled on their own merit but, generalisations help you save a lot of time. |

LordAdam16: If you're going to generalize it to all women, I may agree with you. But don't make it only about the older women.
Some guys marry for the same reason they buy a yacht.
You seemed to conveniently forget Janet had been married twice before Al Mana. Carey had been married before Cannon. Every OG knows Cannon was some lucky-a$$ nigga to land Carey. And what's up with Eve on your list?
-Lord Generalisations don't have to be a 100%. Homosexuality is still odd to much of the world despite media attempts at normalising it. Men still generally dig women. Not all older women are without value. Not all young women are worth the hassle. JLo has also been married, at least, twice. Doesn't change nothing. |

LordAdam16: This is practically the first sentence on Wikipedia on MGTOW.
Men Going Their Own Way (MGTOW /ˈmɪɡtaʊ/) is a mostly pseudonymous online community supported by websites and social media presences cautioning men against serious romantic relationships with women, especially marriage
Keyword is "serious."
-Lord Just skimmed through MGTOW.com and I have to admit I had quite a wrong opinion of the movement. Interestingly, it's more in tune with my own philosophy. I, therefore, concede. |

LordAdam16: Many marriages hardly stand the test of time.
Some people are just not tied to the "forever regardless of how it turns out" narrative.
Genevieve is still choosy. J Lo can still tie any man she wants down. Like for guys, there'll always be ladies with the personality and aura that makes them immune to societal rules. They are the special breed and they know themselves.
Look at Sheryl Sandberg. Stayed in her first marriage for one year. Waited for ten years to marry again. Stayed in the second marriage for 10 years. And still doesn't look the slightest like she's done.
She's a made woman so she doesn't f*cking need a "rich fool" or "money miss road."
-Lord Parties to a dissolved marriage can no longer claim to be married. They are divorces. So is anyone who is no longer in the movement. Yore either in or not in. Simple as that. They can best be described as former whatevers or one-time whoevers. Yet, Janet Jackson became an alhaja for the right amount when she met her own rich fool. She wasn't broke in the slightest and she coulda had her pick of men. Same thing with Mariah Carey and rapper Eve. Women seem to have a problem saying no to money-miss-roads. |

LordAdam16: I would backtrack on that first sentence of the last paragraph. MGTOW is trending in Silicon Valley. Especially with the whole big deal about the women in tech movement.
In fact, in some MGTOW forums, there's a whole section devoted to relationships (more accurately how to avoid commitments; pretty much a place Yoruba Demons would call home).
I'm not saying there aren't losers and dudes with low libido in the MGTOW movement, I just think there're enough of them being ladies' bitches outside of MGTOW that you can't generalize so easily.
-Lord You can't be an MGTOW and be sleeping with women. That's the entire concept. Permanently eschewing women is the meaning if MGTOW. You're no longer a member of the movement when you're talking relationships and levels of commitment. Perhaps, those guys started off thinking they wouldn't have anymore dealings with women, now they have different opinions. And, while I may have been hasty to label these guys losers, I think most of the guys in the movement may have joined impulsively considering jarring relationship experiences. I assume many of them change their tunes as time heals their wounds and they begin to have a more realistic approach to relations with women. |

Look, made men would roll over the floor just to wife her.Guys based abroad who are making it would come in their numbers begging for her attention .she will have the choice to choose the best man of her taste .so forget dat tin about a lady's age. You remember Nabal? You know David eventually married his widow? There will always be rich fools, money-miss-roads. They don't understand their own value and will settle for trash. In the end, these marriages hardly stand the test of time. A fool and his money are soon parted. |

LordAdam16: Methinks it'd have a niche community in Nigeria tho'.
-Lord A negligible niche it would be. There would always be a little of something everywhere. But they cannot have any appeal to the broader society. The concept has been debated and reseated and has been done away with. It's much more productive to be red pill when dealing with them women. Personally, I think it's for losers and dudes with low libido. Have you been to the average private university campus in Naija? God punish MGTOW. |

KreativGenius: I'm serious. I wanna take this cloak off. I really need to come out First of, you have to take a holistic approach. You should be looking at ages 22-24. So, even if it takes two years to tie the knot she wouldn't be older than 26. Cast your net wide. Ask people to hook you up. Be as simple as you can be. No unnecessary flash and bling. And you don't really need to cast off your cloak completely. Just take off as much as you're comfortable with without being too obvious. Learn to see women without looking. As they say, "the best way to see people is to not look at them". That way they'll be themselves without trying to impress. And you can see them for who they really are. Bros na full book you what make I write so o. See what this summary can do for now. |

It'd be great to see how far it goes.
Got to say the MGTOW community is interesting, but I'm watching 'em fellas from afar.

KreativGenius: Nah....been under this cloak for too long, time to yank it off...And watch how the sequence resets itself...In the midst of hiding ourselves, we cancel lots of things and stops lots of things...
I know many guys with this same " ish " ....
Funny i never knew searching was this tough, its the hardest thing i've ever done in life Searching is quite difficult, hence the need for arranged marriages back in the day. Families used to have a team to pick a wife(also accept suitors). Everybody wanted to avoid stories that touch. These days, virgins think they know hat their purported lovers are scheming. |

KreativGenius: Blood of Moses, this is gangstar, this is what i've been facing, i didn't knowit was gonna be this tedious, would have started my search years ago... Hmm. I always tell guys it's faulty to put off wife-hunting till you're rich. When you're rich, you begin to see how myopic that decision is for obvious reasons. While coming up, you can reallly be the unaccomplished dude looking for love and feel no strain to not be so successful. . I don't envy you though. |

Anyways, search mode continues... It's not impossible to get a good woman to marry when you're obviously loaded. If you feel compelled to be undisguised, by all means be so. All I can do is wish you luck. Poor men still marry terrible wives. And you're right about training good children. May Jah help us all. |

KreativGenius: The mind games is nauseating tosay the list, i act like i dont know and play along Well, that's how women are. Any other behaviour is as a result of socialisation. Marriage is a social construct, to protect the community and protect women. Men lose the most in marriage. What we see now is women saying marriage is an oppressive tool of the patriarchy when it is actually a tool of the patriarchy to protect them. If women didn't birth children, they would have held almost zero value for men, hence no marriage. |

KreativGenius: Same way it's a 50-50 for me. I posed as a broke dude to one, when i liked, i almost took off my cloak, cause i really liked her..Funny she didn't have sharp perceptory skills. I've put back my cloak on, I'm coming to terms, i may never find a deserving one here without flashes....Till then, we keep disguising as one room dirty boxers dude... Funny enough, i will ..make i shatap ere Nah, no need to show your final form just yet. . Just hope and pray and have it at the back of your mind that even after all the care in choosing, the marriage itself us still not a guaranteed success. It's crazy I tell ya. A major problem is in the way today's women are being socialised. It's becoming more incompatible with marriage as the days go by. In 30 years, I reckon marriage will be as scarce as dodos. |
