Yes to both questions. 100% certain
MyVc:

Please, is the National Open University (NOUN) M.Sc Degree accepted for evaluation by WES?
And please is it also accepted for the Canadian Express Entry applications?
Thanks

Looks like palm oil is allowed. Check under "goods from other countries other than US", then search for oils. Max limits apply for personal use. Some people don't bother with it because of risk of spillage in transit and availability in African stores in Canny.

No, I did not. I merged my Notification of Interest letter with my CRS score ( my score before I lost five points) to one pdf and uploaded it on the placeholder where the Notification of interest letter goes before submitting. However, I labeled it as ‘Notification of interest letter and CRS score’

Opemipooye:
Thanks for your reply.... I would like to ask if you sent any message to them to inform them that your age changed?

You don’t have to worry about your points dropping because of age. Similar thing happened to me. I got NOI few days to my birthday, I quickly screen grabbed my CRS score before I dropped points and I submitted my application weeks after I lost 5 points which was below the cutoff mark. I had no issues and still got my nomination.

Opemipooye:
Hello everyone, I got NOI form Ontario with a CRS score of 455 although I have submitted my application it has not been acknowledged yet and 2days ago I dropped points due to age 450. Who knows if I need to update them about this and what channel to use. Thanks
NB* the lowest score selected for that batch of NOI was 455.

Thank you.
Yea I believe the chances are brighter here too.. but my inquiry is more on what visa type she should go for. Will the normal visit visa work for child delivery or it has to be medical visa ? If you have an idea pls . Thanks again.

Like I said earlier, a lot has really changed because during my time I went with the visit visa. So I really don’t know if a visit visa would work for child delivery this time.

Hopefully, someone with ample knowledge of it gets to respond.

[quote author=Lepakhue post=101749068]Hi! Happy Sunday people.
I recently sent my B.Sc transcript for evaluation through my institution to WES, and my report just got completed. I just want to clarify if I should have sent my certificate as well, or if I'd be needing it at any point because I did not upload it at all.

Yes it happens if your institution added your Statement of result along with your transcript. Same thing happened to me and I didn’t need to upload anything.

Mine was completed since December. Na ITA we dey wait for o...Dear God

Hello.
So sorry for badging on you here. I kindly need an advise . My wife wishes to go give birth in the States. And truly that’s her main purpose of visiting l. While I said we could go through the normal visit visa , someone advised on some medical visa though another friend later told me the medical thing might be tough. Kindly advise on what we could do pls. She’s still in first trimester though, we just thought to prepare before hand. She’s the only that will apply. And we both work and reside in UAE. Thanks & stay blessed.

Well, I really don’t know what to advise because things have really changed. I can only share my personal experience. My first usa visa I got, I was in Qatar at that time, I had a resident permit there so it was pretty easy, my interview was very simple, brief and quite relaxing, just the very basic questions and that was it.

Then 2017, I decided to renew my visa but this time in Nigeria. I was told that I would have to go for an interview as I had passed the Dropbox time. In Nigeria, my interview experience was the opposite of the first. It wasn’t brief at all and it was so tensed. I was still issued the visa.

In my opinion, it’s easier for you to get the visa there in UAE than in Nigeria. My experience in Qatar was totally different from Naija. I think almost everyone, if not all got their visa that day.

All the best!!

I am not a motivational speaker. Nobody will take your child's citizenship away and nobody will give you a tourist visa just because your child is a citizen m

As a parent myself, if my kid gets a denial to study at Harvard but Yale, Cambridge and Oxford dey beg na to shun Harvard go the other equally good schools.

Snow na snow weda e fall for New York or Russia, Egypt na all the same thing.

Except of course there is something underlying which anyone with common sense can smell.

Since you have been denied twice carry your pikin go another country to see snow and don't be selfish

Abeg jump again and pass Man, since you can’t answer!!! I have gotten the answer already from people who are willing to help.

How do you even think sef
So I will start looking for other countries I have never been to and start looking for visa and go where I have no one or know no body just for my child to go and see snow?? Like wtf??

I thought you have sense.... Mehnnn you’re so irrational no need responding to you. Your thought process is totally altered
Boy bye.

How do you know he/she did not knowingly or unknowingly abuse their visa? Renewing a visa is usually a straightforward matter unless there is an overstay, a birthing related issue or a change in the applicant’s ties/circumstances (employment status). There is a reason the person has been denied twice. A transcript may help.

That’s because I said so and that person’s response is based on what I said.

I gave birthday to my child 2012 and I paid in cash ( I have all my receipts). I traveled 2018 and my visa expired 2019 so I tried renewing a month(November 2019) after it expired I was denied. I tried again Jan 2020 and same thing happened. However I noticed there were lots of denials on both instances.

If I overstayed or had any issue, trust me I won’t bring this here, I brought it here because I don’t understand why. In fact, I had to ask the VO why I was refused because I was shocked.

As for you that said Oil dey your head!!!! Abeg jump and pass jareee. You’re so corrupt that you think everyone in Nigeria must be. Mtcheww

Reapply and be positive.....

Just be hopeful you are directed to a calm VO who will listen to the reason why you need the visa.

2 past refusal has no effect on your new application, since you didn't abuse any of your past visas.

Good luck

Thanks a bunch... I honestly needed this ginger. I will reapply again and be very positive. Hopefully, I’d be back again to share the good news by God’s grace, Amen.

How precise do you need the reason to be?
Why do you think you were denied?
Did you chop awuf discount when you born your pikin?
Just because your kid wants to go "see snow" in her birth country doesn't entitle you to a visa. Nigerians una too dey do this thing.

You don't have to go with your kid, if you have relatives in the States airlines have program that can accommodate unaccompanied minors i do it all the time.

Unless you tell us the whole story not half truth, people can tell you what's up but not guarantee you anything.

At the end of the day na your money you won't know the outcome unless you keep paying that visa fee.

Last question, snow dey south Africa why can't you take your kid there?

Abeg go jare, why must they always be a story one is not telling. I paid my daughter’s hospital bills to the fullest and in cash. I don’t understand what awoof you mean. Why should we go to SA when she is an American citizen. You think is everyone that want to inconvenience relatives?

Abeg go jare! jump and pass my questions.
I travelled to the usa 2018 and I went there to spend my money biko so don’t get why I was refused. My last refusal was January 2020, it’s over a year so I will try again.

Some of you are just full of negativity and ill thoughts. Bullshit

Hi fam, please I have been denied USA visa 2 times and the last denial was in 2020 and for both I wasn’t given any precise reason because I was going for renewal. My daughter is an American citizen and all the while I told them I was traveling for vacation but not going with her. Now I want to book for another interview but I’m really worried about a 3rd denial, plus this time I want to travel with her because she hasn’t been to her birth country since after giving birth to her and she talks about snow all the times like she wants to have the experience.
So are they people that have gotten like 2 or 3 refusals and eventually got the visa in their next attempt?

Please what is the possibility to travel to another African country and get appointment date early, say an ECOWAS country that wouldn’t warrant me having a visa or a country like Cameroon or Kenya or even Ghana

May whatever you believe in bless you, you just made everything easier and simple.

The guy owns a business where he has 15 Employees or so, will that kind of company qualify for it?

That should work. He needs to give convincing reasons why he has to employ someone out of the country when they are other capable people in the country, that is why you, what’s so special about you? That way you can get your work visa.
Just my opinion, others can suggest.

On a lighter note, abeg me I dey find white man who can marry me. Please ask your white friend if he has friends that are interested in a black girl.
