I used it after period,I started on day 5 cus my period is always four days.I bought #200 clove then put inside a bottle water started taking immediately after period(I soaked for 3days) the water was so thick that I couldn't take it but I tried then stop on day 12 cus I do ovulate on day 14(I confirmed thru folliculometry).For the cinammon,I started it also on day 5 and I took it till day 12 also,I bought evap milk(#250) 8 boxes of evap then I warm it pour inside a cup then I added one teasponsful of cinammon powder.It worked for me cus I ovulated Wella and I used preseed lubricant to support the sperm cus my hubby motility was 40% during my ovulation immediately after my ovulation cus of miscarriage (day 16) cus I was sure I ovulated on day 14,I started duphaston 20mg till I confirmed my pregnancy

*A lady i met during antenatal do chew garlic so when I asked her she said it lower her bp and she also said she used it during her first baby, please moms is garlis safe during pregnancy if No what other fruits is ok
*A post on Facebook which I stumbled upon once said a pregnant woman can chew a clove of garlic per day ma.Please help me moms because I don't want to loose this baby cus I ttc for 3years though I registered in a private hospital but what other natural remedy can I use.

. I've not done any scan honestly.But I would advise you worry not.My first child's 7 weeks scan then had no fetal pole just gestational sac seen then and I had a smooth pregnancy and delivery. I'm planning to go for scan at 12 weeks Sha.

Ma,it seems we are both March mama but according to my lmp I am 9weeks 2days but according to me I am 7weeks 2days,I went for scan at about 7weeks(5weeks) only gestational sac was seen I want to confirm if you have done your ultrasound cus I am worried

Its all because of the morning sickness,some person's own can be severe,nothing will happen to your baby just try and be eating even if its bit by bit,if its fruits that can go down u eat them..

During those days if i drink water after eating i will end up vomiting everytn
Sometimes chill small after eating before u drink water or vice versa..just try and know how it will work for you..

Hopefully by 12th week it will reduce..

We seem to be in d same spot...my lmp is 3 June... I turn eight weeks on Friday.... Dats wen I'd go for my scan cos... I dnt feel remotely preggy... No morning sickness, nausea weaknesss, painful or big boobs ... Absolutely natin. Be calm n check back in say two weeks... Even tho I know it ain't easy... Am worried sick myself... Quick question tho... Did u spot at anytime or noticed declining preggy Isymptoms?

I didn't spot but there are times I don't feel preggy at all,I have big boobs, painful nipples and I do vomit but it's on and off and it's making me worried cus why the on and off symptoms
