A colleague of mine had a fiance who went to volunteer in Sierra Leone and came back and started exhibiting malaria symptoms. After UK doctors have almost killed him, they finally flew him to South Africa for specialist treatment since they can't handle it - and he still died. When I heard that, I wondered when South Africa became a specialist at treating malaria when they don't really have malaria there. That means the UK doctors know that African doctors are better at treating malaria but did not trust our health system enough to send him to West Africa so they made a fatal assumption that South Africa is best for him when they are probably as inexperienced as the UK doctors in malaria treatment

A lot of GPs in UK are out of shape. Their job demands they sit down for 10 hours per day, a very sedentary lifestyle. It's hospital Doctors that are in shape from walking around the Hospital. 50% of US doctors are classed as out of shape

I have only been to NHS 3 times. When I first got in the UK. I wanted to do a malaria test so I could be clean of malaria, but they told me they didn't have experience in treating malaria and typhoid. So I ask them to run tests for every other thing.

The other two times were football injuries.

In Nigeria, I get sick of malaria 3 times a year. Typhoid one or two times.
The last time I was sick was from covid and after that the vaccine got me ill.

Most Nigerians I know don't get sick abroad.

Stop talking rubbish. My GP is slightly out of shape but she is the trusted GP for the whole area. I rather see her than any of the other GPs in the practice. The Levine is not even fat, she just has round face. Some people congregate fats on their face. No matter if they are fairly in shape, those specific areas won't lose fat without targeted cosmetic surgery.

She is out of shape, most of them are not. I said I have never seen an out-of-shape doctor check me. I also said if I see a doctor that thinks he is a woman, I no do... I dey run.

I don't put much emphasis on the shape, I am going by data. What I won't tolerate is a confused person checking me.
