Yes you can open your domiciliary accounts and fund with cash purchased from other sources or through inflows from foreign transfers into it not necessarily at the bank rate.

In order words you can open a dom account but you may have to fund it yourself if you don't have an inflow that gives you forex.

Okay if ive got cash in naira, the banks wont directly receive it as a deposit and i have to go change it to dollars somewhere else before i can pay it in right?

Hello everyone.
So theres a policy issued about a week ago by CBN directing banks to close naira accounts for IMTOs or International Money Transfer operators. I'm sure i didn't explain it right and i would have copied or linked an article but i use button device. The grammer and terms they use is quite confusing and i ended up not undestanding what they said. I was hoping someone coukid explain in laymans terms what the policy is talking about.
Also, as a nigerian in nigeria, can i open a dollar account and deposit naira into it at the banks own exchange rate? I intend to use the card issued on the dollar account to buy stuff from foreign websites? I know our normal visa/master cards will too but i specifically need to buy with the dollar account. Also does this new CBN policy affect the usage of dollas or euro accounts? pardon my ignorance i don't quite understand these things. Please help.

All these problems you mentioned are not even problems. They are things you need to do when you get a new Xiaomi phone. I did all these things within 5mins of starting my phone for the first time.
I activated my SIM, created a Mi account, set up my phone. Once you've done all the right things, Xiaomi allows free messaging between other activated users. Can your useless transsion do the same?

You claim the data speed is slow, but you are able to play pubg.
The only problem you've mentioned here is that of the Bluetooth controller and how it freezes your phone which is also likely another false story. You obviously went to Xiaomi web forum to look for issues you can come here to complain about. You are not very smart sir.

Uninstalled PES20 mobile. Game is fake and highly scripted. Your players act like dimwits and they are super weak. A defender of 92 cannot tackle or win the ball from a striker of 75. They slide you from behind without touching the ball and the referree does nothing. You collect the ball cleanly and it's a foul. The passes are slow and passes miss almost everytime. Your strikers always wait behind opponent defender and never open up for the ball. Striker so slow to collect free ball till opponent player from far away comes and collects it. Passes don't go to the right player. A light tap of the pass button is supposed to go to your closest player in the approximate direction of the pass but it most times results in a horrible back pass that is won by the opponent striker and almost always leads to a goal. The cursor change is also horrible. It's supposed to change to your player closest to opponent player with the ball but no. And my keeper just runs out of the post for no reason at times.

Don't get me started on the controls. The controls don't respond. This happens constantly. The left stick directional button and the through and sprint buttons are epileptic, numb.

The scripting is so horrible. Opponents can score impossible goals and you can lose a match you been struggling to keep at die minute. You may think it's the fault of your players but no.
Let's not even start talking about online because that one is a whole catastrophe on its own. And why do 5 star scouts never return reasonable players?
I have so many complaints about this game, I don't even want to type more because this is already longer than I expected it to be, but if I were to, I could definitely write a 5 page paper on things that make this game bad.

I just uninstalled the game. I'll redownload when PES21 mobile is out to see if they fixed anything. Thank God I didn't spend money on such a stupid game.

I mostly play PUBG , that's my main game but the lag is unbearable.
I manage with Call of Duty on low setting and PES 2020 on low settings and 60fps. Not much problem on those ones.

Still waiting for Android 10 update on Redmi Note 7. Android 11 is already launching. Why is Xiaomi doing us like this �
Pls o, those who flashed custom ROM, how much Ram does you custom ROM OS use? I have 3gb ram MIUI alone uses about 1.8gb to run leaving me with 1.2 which is not enough for my online gaming. I'm tired of lag already �

I'm really pissed off right now.
I have MTN 4G with good signal. Download speeds average 3mb/s but gaming online is sooo bad. I can't play Call of Duty Battle Royal at all. It's very very annoying because my download speed is okay, my signal is perfect, WHY TF IS THE GAME LAGGING. It disconnects everytime. Sometimes I've already progressed to a certain extent before it disconnects. It's really frustrating.
I tried Glo, their download speeds are trash (90kb/s) but I get great gaming ping but the problem is their network signal trips off and on, switches from 4G to 3G or just disappears. Also, my MTN 4G is my daily driver with my contacts.
Airtel is another annoying story. I'm just tired. PubG is another case.
How tf do I have good network signal with bad ping
