So what should I do?

There's this girl I knew since 2019 cos we were classmates then till we finished school.
So Precious(not her real name) and I finished school and she got admission before me cos she's attending a private university.
Precious and I were friends in secondary school and we even promised each other that we would be partners in Philanthropism in the future. Thats how close we were. There was nothing sexual between us. We were just friends, she once told me how she feels about my guys that are crushing on her.
Precious always keeps her plan on her future life hidden from me though. She only told me she was going to study nursing and she wouldnt make use of her certificate.

Now Precious has gotten admission and she never calls to hear from me. When I call her, she'll always tell me she's busy and that she would call me back. But she never calls back.
She did this like 3 times and I decided to stop calling her too.
Recently I called her because I felt it had been long since I heard from her. The call went well this time around.
After the call I called one my guy who was crushing on Precious before. When I told him about the call, he predicted how the call went and told me that was how Precious always does, That she never calls back.
I now feel like she's trying to her detach herself from her secondary school friends silently.
I've been thinking of why she would want to do that and I wasnt able to think of any reason so I decided to bring the matter here.
NOW MY QUESTION
Should I just let her go or should I talk to her and try to get her perspective?
If I talk to her, Should I remind her of our future promise?
What do you suggest I should do?
