Im about to apply for my visa
I have a few questions

Full payment for a 1 year program
5million (CAD$14K) only in amy account for living expenses
No employment
Land documents i bought (power of attorney, receipts of payment, Survey with past 2 owners name)

Is this amount enough for proof of funds for only 1 year as my program is only 1 year and i am not employed
Is it an issue or red flag to the VO that i will be using all my savings for this?

Should i submit the land survey with the name of the last 2 owner before me or should i just submit only the power of attorney and receipt
Is that strong enough to prove its mine?

I came into Canada today and Canadian immigration gave me 1 year 3 months study permit while my course is 1 year and 8 months approximately 2 years , when I queried one said that it can be extended that I will have to call IRCC. Though the workload on them this morning was heavy , lots of student came in today …. My people , I hope this won’t affect my 3years PGWP ??

No. U said wait till when u get to Canada u can change ur money at good rate. Take for instance I have 20m in my account as POF that’s mine nd intend to travel with to use there. Do I have to change all 20m from here or there are ways to go about the exchange over der? That’s my question

Please, I need some directives on the way forward. I had my application refused yesterday by the VO on the basis of lack of enough financial resources. I applied for a Post Graduate course, paid first semester fee, had a bank balance of almost 7 million as at when I requested for my bank statement, my brother had a bank balance of over 30 million because he actually wrote a sponsorship letter to co-sponsore me.

I have decided to reapply immediately. Please, what steps do I need to take? Defer the admission till September? Someone should please, guide me

My wife graduated with B.Tech in FINE ANd APPLIED ARTS and she applied for Virtual reality production at Conestoga College for fall 2023, and she has been given the admission, we were asked to pay admission fee of 1,500 cad and we have paid.
My questions are

1. She’s not presently employed.
The project my wife was part of ended Dec 2021, it’s a year project and She was pregnant as at the time the project ended so we didn’t bother looking for another job since she was pregnant and now Our baby is 10months. How do we convincingly explain this to VO. Since people talks about career progression is important and being employed can also serves as home-ties.

2.I am the one sponsoring her and I intend going with her and the baby How visible is this?

3. We have Deed of Assignment of a parcel of landed property in Mr and Mrs my full name, it was stamped in the court. Can we submit the deed of assignment only or we must provide survey plan, meanwhile we don’t it have yet?

4. Does MyBankStatement shows details of account transactions?

5. I was denied US tourist visa in 2018, on the basis of no strong home ties, and since I intend going with my wife should we mention it on her LOE or not?

I got winter 2024 admission letter from canada on last week Saturday for graduate diploma of 2 years with school fee of approximately 19000$ and I need advise on step to be taken next on study visa application and POF.

1. For I and my husband, How much do I need personally in my account and in my husband account before visa application.
2. I don't have much in my account now But I have gift deed of two Land
3. Please how much money is needed and is the pof need first before the visa process or during the visa
4. Who can coach me on writing the sop.

Please I don't have any experience on travelling and need step by step advise. I will really appreciate a response as it is urgent

I am new on this thread and my first comment here. I want to apply for a student visa. I already have my admission secured, received my LOA and have my LOE ready. I want to start the application and uploading my docs.
I have in the past applied for a visit visa and I am yet to get a feedback from them on that. That application was submitted Nov 2023.
To my study visa application, which of the portals do I use. I will appreciate if anyone will be kind enough to share the appropriate portal link.
Also can anyone guide me on the steps with regards to proof of funds upload as I don't have enough information on that from what I heard from a family friend. Finally, also on medical upfront, what are the proper steps to be taken.
