With the way job seekers reason this days, even if the government create more than enough jobs for graduates, some won't still get the job because of the way they reason.

Someone is trying to help. He even stated all the requirement and asked people who didn't meet requirement not to bother, all you could think of is maybe he's a scam. You hear say gnld people dey get requirement?

There's one logic you should all get today, if you didn't lose something, there's every tendency you might not find something, if you don't give, you might not collect and if things doesn't go wrong, you might never know when it's right. If you are always avoiding fake or scam invite, real job invite might not come.

Plz it's paramount we change the way we think to avoid chasing away good samaritans. Op said he didn't get all the requirement and he's trying to help those who have the requirement but na abuse ona dey abuse. God dey oooi

No insult, anybody can send a message with the caption workforce and because the position applied for and the job is not stated in the message, that is why I seek to know if anyone is familiar with the address

Brother, seriously I mean no insult too but it's something that took me by surprise that a graduate is asking if workforce is real or not

I believe as a graduate Google should be your best friend. when you get a strange invite like this, the first thing you should do is to Google the name which if you've done b4 posting it here, it would have given you more than enough results and if at all Google is not helping, the search button on nairaland is another great means to get more than enough result . I also believe that you're use to job section b4 you could post here. So if you are, are you telling me you've not come across workforce management on this section b4? .
When I saw your post I tot you just want to post for posting sake. But no p sha. They are real and the address is very correct too.

If you fink he is not educated, what about those certificate he tendered,if yiu fink he doesn't value education y did he send his wife and children to sch.

It baffles me why our graduates like to waste their precious time. Why is it that people don't struggle to set up a business or a system that can give them a lot of money. Listen my brother formal education will give you a cheque while self education will earn you a fortune. Stop wasting your time, not even for a job you can be sacked at any time. There are numerous opportunities out there that can make you rich and certainly its not paid employment. So please my dear brothers and sisters think beyond this contract job. One problem I know majority of our youth face today is this "quick rich" thing. Believe me if you can think very well you will understand that its only a matter of time, you will say thank God you were not given any employment letter because most of the jobs out there are total slavery. I have ideas that can make you rich. Feel free to ask me. All of us can do better than this please. I look forward to a day banks will start begging people to work for them. This is possible if only we could think outside the box.

It's never polite to contact your employer/ hiring person except you were asked to do so. If you do, it shows sign that you're too desperate which might lead to another thing.

It is always advisable to get the contacts of your colleagues you had the interview with so that you can always know if they've been contacted, if not, be expecting but if they have been contacted, then you should start looking else where for opportunities

Please don't see me as an antagonist but from experience you're not doing well at all, I don't know what you plan to come out with but if it's first class, this result is very very bad and if it's 2.1, brother, you still need to try harder,

If you're in 100l and you're having these result, tell me what you will have when you get to 200l and 300l when the courses becomes very very tough, assignment, presentation, impromptu test and so on.

And my advise for you Is that, if you don't come out with either first class or second upper, life will become unbearable and sometimes regret y u went to sch. If you're doubting me, try to create another trend on job section and ask people what happens when a student comes out with a grade below 2.1, from there you will understand better through people's opinion and life experience.

The fact you studied Gas Engineering and did IT in a refinery does not guarantee you a job in any of the company except you have the right link and matter of grace.

Just pray for God's grace to get a good job. Don't channel your focus to the oil industry alone so you won't get disappointed when jobs from that sector is not coming forth.
