Hi golddust6000 and every contributor on this thread. I had to follow because of the rich value of the info being provided. As at 19yrs when I was in 100L, my BP was reading 160/80 and 140/90. I did nothing much to bring it down. Maybe because I was naive or so. But over time these last 3 years of actively working, I have noticed my BP to be high. I have decided to do something about it and currently on drugs. However, the doctor attending to me said my BP is fluctuating as it goes up and down sometimes but he said nevertheless that I am hypertensive.

After going through the thread yesterday, I went to the market to buy ginger, tumeric, garlic and beetroot. My question now is whether I should pause the drugs and use the fruits or I should combine them together. I don't like drugs as a person but my health needs to be attended to.

Should I also blend the garlic, ginger, tumeric and beetroot together or take it raw.

You are not alone, I discovered that my BP is always high while in 300L, probably 25-26 years. The Doctors couldn't believe it, am 33 now and anytime I try checking it it's always high. So a doctor told me that I should try and be correcting it, that it's not unusual and prescribed Lisinopril 5mg... I don't smoke but I drink. But I noticed anytime I enter the hospital or come closer to anyrhing medical, am always tensed.

500 units for 20k in January

Decreased to 450 units for same 20k in February

Now in this month of March that has barely begun it further decreased to 300 units for same 20k. In all these the salaries, income and wages remain the same!

My instinct tells me the outgoing tenant had it all planned out with the two new lady tenants. He is their spotter and that place isn’t his only accommodation, he may be maintaining up to four of such accommodations in different part of Ogun and Lagos.

Like I said earlier, get hold of the man that transferred his rent to the two ladies and if that fails, get hold of the agent or whoever rented the room to the outgoing tenant. It is almost impossible for anyone to disappear into thin air in today’s world.
