Romance / For Married People Only - 5 Ways To Keep The Romance Alive by benniearinze: 12:03pm On Mar 10, 2017
Things change when the kids start coming, don’t they? I guess so. Recently, we took a look around and found out that some mums would rather spend valentine’s day with their kids than adding a little bit of spice by spending the day romantically with their husbands. Well, give me all your reasons but i still have reason to believe that even if the kids are there, you can still have a romantically pleasing day with your spouse on a great day such as valentine’s. So we decided to draft a prudent but nice list of 5 things you might like to try in order to keep the relationship alive for the better.

PS: We aren’t saying you should throw away the kids, we’re just saying you should celebrate them, cos they’re the reason you two exist.

5 Ways to Keep the Romance Alive

1. Watch Movies or Series Together

I recently realized that a lot of couples do this and when they talk about it, you hear the gratification in their voices. You often hear phrases like; “I haven’t watched the latest episode and I can’t watch it without my wife/husband” with a nice smile too. It creates an activity to look forward to and be excited about. So, whether it is a movie date to catch a new release or a weekly series date to catch up on Fixer, it gives you something trivial to talk about outside everything else that makes up your lives.

1. Indulge in Solo Days & Nights

When you can, take the children to their grandparents’ or their cousins’ (the kids would love a chance for a sleepover anyway). You get to have the house to yourselves like old times and for a few days, you both get to focus on yourselves and relax! You should try it sometime.

3. Give Little Surprises

Everyone loves surprises, even you. You should do it from time to time. Quick massage after a long day, breakfast in bed on a Saturday morning after a stressful week, tickets to a show he would love. Being married should not stop all the sweet things you did when you were dating.

4. Celebrate Important Events

Every relationship comes with relevant dates; wedding anniversary, when he proposed, first kiss… Some people even know the dates for the first time they laid eyes on each other. If you know the dates, celebrate them as often as you can. They do not always need to be marked with gifts. A short message saying “I’m forever grateful you crossed my path 7 years ago today” goes a long way in making anyone feel special. Those are words of affirmation right there!

5. Try Something New

There’s a tendency to fall into patterns after being with someone for a long time, and sometimes, this could lead to boredom. Basically what we call see-finish around here! LOL. Try something new every time in every facet of your lives together as a couple, especially in the “other room”. Keep the romance alive!

So, there you have it! You do not have to wait for Valentine’s Day to keep the romance alive.

Family / 3 Ways To Keep The Romance Alive After The Baby Comes by benniearinze: 11:54am On Mar 10, 2017
So a common question that finds its way forward is how couples adjust to these new demands whilst still trying to find time to nurture their personal romantic bond with a baby around?

Here are some tips to rekindle that romantic light into the relationship.

Make a date and stick to it.

You were probably on tremendously demanding schedules prior to the baby’s arrival. With the new addition to the family, most couples tend to take turns towards napping, cleaning and looking after the little one. This basically implies that any personal bonding time is sacrificed to meet the needs of your baby.

Hence, you need to actively work towards spending some quality time with your partner. This positive habit will have great paybacks for you, your partner and your child. Begin with a straightforward coffee date at a local café, not far from home, on weekends when you can find a grandparent, a close relative or a nanny to look after your little one. Your date can progress into dinner or a movie in due course of time, when you’re able to leave your child for a couple of hours. If there’s no one to fill in for you at home, plan a special dinner at home once a week. Take turns to cook and set a beautiful table. The thought is to make private time with your partner a consistent occasion, one that is prioritized and doesn’t get bumped aside.

Show your affection.

Do you remember those meaningless phones calls to each other, just to say, “hi?” Just because you have a baby in the picture, does not mean any of these previous loving touches in the relationship has to stop.

Why not do something unexpected and loving for your partner? Leave a love note on the bathroom mirror or hide a favourite treat in her handbag. Whilst these small things may not need a lot of time, it definitely shows your partner that you still love and care.

Communication is key.

“One thing that needs to be stressed here is the importance of working on your relationship. Physical intimacy is very important, but an emotional connection is just as important. It takes work to keep your relationship together before the baby arrives, but it takes even more work after the baby arrives. I think people forget that. As mothers, it’s easy for us to get wrapped up in all things having to do with the new baby. It’s also easy for your partner (especially if he’s not had any experience in this area) to be disillusioned about pregnancy and the postpartum stages. Communication is key.”

Ensuring that your romance does not fade away with the arrival of your little one is not impossible. After all, where do you think the next one is going to come from?

Webmasters / Be A Proud Owner Of A Blog In 2 Days - Let's Do This by benniearinze: 4:16pm On Mar 01, 2017
Good day pals,
I'm a wordpress developer and I'm here to present a stupidly amazing bonanza offer for aspiring bloggers in the house.

From what I've seen so far, many people don't want to venture into the world of blogging for many reasons. Sure, they know that blogging pays, but they don't just want to get scammed all in the name of trying to become a blogger.

So what am I here for? I need just 10 people only for this bonanza, I'm going to be giving out already made blogs built with premium themes, all for just 10k.

What do u stand to gain?

1. I will design the blog with a premium theme I bought for more than $50 on themeforest.
2. I will design a free logo and free featured image for the blog.
3. I will make your site seo-friendly by giving you the premium version of the yoast seo plugin I bought for more than $50
4. I will make your site secure by installing the best security plugin and configuring it myself to meet the best security standards
5. We all know that adsense favours premium themes over free themes when giving adsense, so be ready to get your own adsense very soon.
6. I will give you a free e-book that covers everything on how you can monetize your website from many different channels, ads, affiliate marketing, native ads display etc.
7. You get your own full blog in just 2 days
8. All of these for just 10k!!!

What do I ask in return?

1. Prompt payment and strict adherence to the plan (listed below)
2. A good review of my company which I will add to my portfolio.
3. Nothing else, just blog it away and make ur cash

How this is going to work out

PS: First of all, hosting fees do onot apply to the 10k I will receive, the money is for development purposes only

1. You give me 5k advance upfront.
2. Buy the hosting plan and domain name (4,200 for .com.ng/8,200 for .com), I can help you out with this if you don't know how to purchase a hosting plan.
3. I build the site and upload it to your hosting space. You see it and test it.
4. You pay me the remaining 5k.
5. I give you your wordpress admin details.

As easy as that!

Your time starts now, remember I need only 10 people (cos I can't kill myself)

Phones / Looking For A Classic Phone On A Low Budget? This One Is For You... by benniearinze: 1:57pm On Mar 01, 2017
Ok so I've been around and I've noticed some few persons asking around for good phones. Some of them gave the specs of the phone they needed, some said 3000mah battery, at least 8mp camera, at least 1 gb ram and co.

But the thing is that some of them actually don't just have the money to purchase the likes of the Gionee M5 (75k), the Gionee M6 (106k), the tecno phantom 6 (120k), Camon C9 (90k) and so on and so forth. Infact from what i"ve seen so far, their budgets are no more than 50-60k.

So as the owner of one of the online phone review sites in Nigeria (Myphones.com.ng), I decided to conduct an emergency research, one which was to find out an affordable android phone, which of course would have some features (if not all) of these bigger model phones i Just mentioned above.

WELCOME GIONEE P8W

I know most of you must have heard of this phone, maybe flinged it aside as one of those nonsense gionee products. Well, I'm here to disagree with you on that because from my extensive research I've found out that this Gionee P8w is not only affordable but also rich in features and it got me wondering. What is the intent of the Gionee sales team on making this wonder phone so amazing?

The only reasonable answer I could give to myself was that they just wanted everybody, rich or poor, to get that Gionee feel, that awesome experience....

Follow me as we embark on this journey to find out what makes this Gionee smartphone so thick.... Enjoy!!

PS: The full blog post is here, for your more comprehensive consumption => http://myphones.com.ng/gionee-p8w-specs-features-price-nigeria/

- 16GB Storage, up to 32GB memory card
- 8MP Rear Camera and 5MP Front Camera
- 4G LTE Internet

The Display and Camera

Like I’ve already pointed out, the Gionee P8w has a 5-inch display with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution for amazing video streaming capabilities and recording. For taking super-sharp selfies is the 5mp camera on the front. And on the back, Gionee P8w has an 8 megapixels camera.

The rear camera supports LED flash and autofocus. It can also record 1080p HD videos.
